Not a great start to the week momentum wise was it?

EU just now sitting at a range of 68 pips within an h1 4th wave so no real surprise that set ups were lacking today. I saw just 2 m1 set ups which were:

1. GU 0
2. EU -4

Total -4 (-0.31%)

Managed some chart time from LO for a few hours but unfortunately saw no set ups....

Those of you who traded the NY session saw the better moves of the day, so well done if you caught some pips ..

Only 1 trade for me today soi i have just attached a pic rather than the PDF, was on GU m1 just after LO looking or a 5th wave up with an entry above the m15 level and TP at the h4 aims, weekly central pivot and m15 200 ema for +13 pips (1%).

Did sit and chart watch for most of the London pm session but saw no set ups.

I'm off tomorrow so am willing the charts to move...

I was actually off work today so managed some good chart time from LO until mid pm session. there were some good trends today but from what i saw there were only a few clear cut entries on the m1 charts. The entries i did take are detailed below and i guess i am guilty of trying to protect what i had instead of just trading normally this afternoon. So another day i look back at and think it could have been so much better...

On m5 there were several clear cut set ups but i was on my mid am break (bike ride) when they triggered so missed them.... Again the set ups in the pm session i passed on, protecting my days profits.. Thus no m5 trades today.

Anyways the m1 trades were :

1. EU -4
2. AU +2
3. EU +17

Total +15 (1.15%)

The eagle eyed amongst you will notice an AU trade in there, i threw the AU chart up as my brokers spread is lower than GU so am seeing if there is any benefit form watching it...

apologies for the delay but here is my only trade from Friday, a set up 2 entry looking for a 5th wave down just after LO. Ended in a 4 pip rent but was IMHO a good set up...

as for the week from 7 trades i managed 3 wins, 2 rents and a BE for +20 pips (1.53%)

Evening all

Just the 1 trade today for me on EU m1, was a great set up 1 looking for an impulse wave down with entry below m5/15. Exited at the BRN for +15 (1.15%) just before some EU news was released. Pic is attached below.

It was good to meet some of you in the chatroom this pm as we sat through the NY/London pm session and despite there being a couple of potential set ups i didnt place a PO at all... typical...

Nice trade Grant and thanks for your comments in my journal. I really need to pay more attention to the M5, not just for confirmation of trend for M1 trades but for entries too. Nice trading and well done on another daily target!
