I've not posted in a while as life has been a little disruptive however I have managed some trades with mixed results, however I took this setup, which although close to Red UK news I placed myorder after the news was released but before price broke.

There was significant resitance at entry level so entry was set at 127585 to ensure price had broken and to minimise risk of being triggerred in only for price to drop back.

I exited manually above my usual 10 pip target but just below my trade target of 12775 which was just under daily R1. Net result was +13 pips or 1.3%

Another rinse and repeat trade

Lets forget for a moment it was a red news trade. Now, wow lovely trade, and excellent results. Lets be grateful for what we've got. Lovely trade.

Now lets remember again, beware the red news. cheers Mike! \m/

First trade in a while as finding it difficult to get much screen time.

saw this setup and placed my order below the m1 level, took profit at 10 pips or 1%. in hindsight I maybe could have held on for more but happy that I traded my plan.

Less is definately delivering more for me

Hi Everyone

I've not posted in my journal for a while as I have been unable to focus on trading over the past 6-9 months, however I am trying to get back into it now.

I have been observing and trialling a few things and I'm still working on my rule set and listening to my intuition, but I just got to my screen and saw the following setup which was in line with m5 m15 and h1 - my preferred setup, looked like move up to form wave 5 was imminent and so it proved, closed for 10 pips / 1% as it was late in the day

I just need to keep my discipline and taking these high probability setups.

Cheers

No trades for me today, I missed NYO but saw no high probability setups that met my criteria so pleased to have kept my discipline.

Time to enjoy the weekend

Two more losing trades this morning, my week finishes on -8% with 19 trades taken 14 losses and only 4 wins.

Sadly I have decided that AIMS is not for me.

I would like to thanks everyone here for their help and support and I wish you all every happiness and success.

Take care
