Would have worked well but news and AO kept me out:

Oh well, I think there will be more these in another day ;)
If you're going to trade BDC, you don't need to look at AO. You're trading PC and BDC price may be either side of gator or AO, what matters is Price Action.!

Tomi wrote:Again PC in the works....now a trend reversal with S1 setup. Earlier I would have not taken these because of M5. Earlier I would have just waited M5 to settle down for W4 and wait for clear down trend on M5. Or new impulse wave up on M5. I would have completely ignored all short S1's on M1. But now price action looked very clear that it's short setups that looks interesting in this one. 18 pips on the table, anyone? :)

This was a good AIMS Short Setup, there was less reason to go long and more reason to find short setups. I paid rent earlier but missed this as I decided to quit until NFP keeping my 51 pips safe with me.

Tomi wrote:Updated the trading plan in the first page of this thread:
1. Principal C and In the Box trades included in the strategy.
2. Principal C can indicate trend reversal.
Please find somewhere I posted there are 3 kinds of Principle C. 1. Shows end of Wave 2. (we want to trade this) 2. Shows end of Wave 4 of Wave 3, appears in the middle of strong wave 3 (we want to add-on or get back in to trend on this one) 3. appears at the end of Wave 3, shows we are now in wave 4, (we want to avoid trading here)

cheers

I'd say, it does not necessarily show the end of a TREND! it shows the END of A WAVE! same can be said for BDC, however BDC at the end of a wave 5 could be our first cue that we might be seeing 1. end of trend 2. reversal.
