Hello Guys

I was able to be at my trading desk for a few hours and made a couple of trades today after having a couple of days off due to work.

Trade one, did not go as hoped. Started off well then retraced quickly. As price closed inside Gator and having quick glance at AO didn't like the look of things, Looked like AO might be in second run of wave four, even though I was on the right side of the purple line so I terminated the trade for a small loss.

Trade two was a better trade I was almost expecting It to pan out this way as I've noticed that when everything sets up as it should and AIMS box is small and purple line is tight behind price trades normally explode into action quite quickly. I trailed the red candles until the market stopped me out. Overall a total gain for the day just short of 2% Im happy to call it a day and go to work with a smile :)

Again many thanks to Immy and friends.

PS Think I am going to purchase the wave counter.

Hello John and welcome!
It would seem your 50%pa will soon be your monthly gain
literally, - an amazing start. I think you will very quickly
be one of our AIMS stars. Thanks for sharing your charts
and comments, already I see you don't push your luck and
are happy with a modest 1-2% gain per day - which is far
from a modest! its fantastic! Look forward to watching
your progress

Hi guys

Just to let people know due to work demands I have not been able to trade, but I have been reading Grants journal when ever I get the chance and learning lots from it. What a guy he is, a real inspiration.

HI Guys
Sorry for lack of trading this week. It was a very demanding week for me this week work wise. I used my spare time to read grants Journal and a few others so feel I haven't wasted a week as home work and studies are as important as actual trading and I will be a better trader for It and I know the charts will always be there tomorrow waiting for me :)

Hi Guys

Well I managed to get to my trading desk for a while today after being so busy with work lately, but it turned out to be a frustrating one.

First trade went ok I guess, after I got triggered into the trade the market was slow to move giving me small and wicky candles that stayed close to the gators, but the gators were open and heading down on the M5 chart so allowed trade to mature.

I took a leaf out of grants book and moved stop to -4 pips at +5pips profit price did reach far enough for me to reach a full 1% target before reversing. I was hoping that price would go down a little more but it didn't so my plan was to exit trade if price closed in the gators. That's what I did but was probably a little slow in getting out on this one and ended with 0.5 % profit.

The dotted yellow line is the daily open line. I remember Grant saying price likes to bounce off this line regularly and that is exactly what it was doing all day long.

The second trade Started off ok and was going well but price quickly reversed so I pulled stop up to gator levels as it looked like price was going to fall sharply. My stop was hit for a 0.5% loss, so overall nothing gained nothing lost .

A bit of a frustrating day especially as the market produced a couple of lovely trades that would have resulted in a couple of 2% + trades when I wasn't at my trading desk, one which I was washing the dog and one when I was answering an important phone call.

Oh well always another day.

Hello John

Thanks for sharing that! I somehow missed that gem of wisdom. I'm pleased you also
follow Grant's strategy of moving SL. If you do the maths you will be shocked at
what a difference it makes, it can turn a seriously losing account into a profitable one

Thanks again for the yellow dotted line, I'll be playing around with that tomorrow :)
