Immy, well, it blows me away why you guys persist in uploading these things ( Tims plan) as .PHP files,which are excrutiatingly frustrating if not impossible to open.
What is wrong with the PDF files 500,000 trillion people are using ????

That plan has not been uploaded as php file. its a pdf. And if you were not able to download it, why did you not ask?

So in short, the answer is NO. Please make sure you create a trading plan ASAP. Or find something else to do, trading may not be for you! its ok.

Just try to read some stuff of self growth e.g. Tony Robbins first book awaken the giant or read Stephen R covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People or try Brian Tracy's books. You need to learn to be more positive and relax. If you're like that with your written responses I wonder how you'd be in person! (hug) :o3
