we usually only move sl to be at 1R and then let it go either 2R or BE or -R .

actually if you are Stage 1 Setup 1 ... then the only TM you have to do is -1R (i.e. a fixed %age based on the box size, it can either be 1% or 2% but whihc ever you chose all 20 trades must be with that , either 1% or 2%.. .not mixed) ... move SL to entry level when it goes positive +1R and keep Target Point at +2R. which should hit before it hits TZ1....

Date – 21st AUG

Reason for taking the trade –
• Alligator sleeping
• AO near ZL
• Acceptable AIMS Box size
• Clear W3 and W4
• H4 is in W5 with clear downtrend

Perfect trade for stage 1... well done ...

Would request your help for my understanding on one situation -

When W5 crosses TZ1, there are two possibilities -

1) It would end between TZ1 and TZ2
2) It would form a new W3

In this case it turned back after touching TZ2. Moreover there was a strong bull candle in H4 (18th AUG - 16:00) - Probably a B trap (I learned it from Jaz and Jozef in the group yesterday and thanks to them).

Since I am at Stage 1 - Will it be a good practice to use the above filter criteria for upcoming trades?

Please suggest.

Placed PO and left. Came back later and found PO had been triggered.

Hey Clint.

I took the same trade on UsdCad and it was B/E trade. I think it was perfect and it worked out beautifully.
