Good job starting your journal! That alone takes dedication!

As for the GBPCAD trade you took, I'm not sure I would have taken it. It was clear the Alligator wasn't really asleep and the lines were pointing down rather than being intertwined or twisted. If I were looking at this pair, I'd think I'd wait for the pair to keep consolidating until the Alligator lines converge and then twist with each other. It's by then you'd know the Alligator is truly asleep. Just take the best ones!

H1 is NOT higher time frame
its Still something in between Swing and In trad Day. H4 D1 and weeklies is Higher time frames.

We all think, oh I have a lot of time so I can probably trade all time frames. No forgetting, putting make on your face, the mirror in the front, left and right side still means putting make up on only one person. ...

UPDATE
I was wrong with the placement of the Entry and SL around the box sould give it more space Entry around 2 pips above and SL depending for long or short also around 1-2 pips
also did move my SL to the smaller box to give it a better risk reward
But that was not good so this trade is a D0
I was not completely sure about the Gator if it was sleeping or not
Also at first, the AIMS was big but then the next inside box was smaller and i did take that one for my SL and entry.
So good trade after all

summary notes Date 8-20 till 8-24-2018

The first week for me really using AIMS Setup1 setups and using my Journal.
Already feel the positive influence from it and that will only become stronger when i am getting more and more focused.
Made some mistakes last week first was starting trading without a Trading strategy that did give me a -1:)
and later made a mistake when i moved my stop and Target entry's while i was already in a trade also a -1
so for now the score out of 5 trades is 2xD0 and 3xD1

For coming week i need to be more focused and watch out that i don't make the same mistakes i did do last week.

I was about to take this trade but i did hesitate and wasn't really sure about the waves we were already in Wave5 but it came back to the ZL.
Also, the market was close to the low of wave3 so not sure if it would have been a good point to get in it would have been nicer if the gator was sleeping around 8-24-18 07:00 this looked like a second entry.

So Next.
