Hi everyone,

Was off today so had a full day trading…

So:

Total : +34 (2.6%)

Patience , Discipline and my temper were tested fully today after I made the cock ups of all cock ups on trades 1 and 7…

Trade 1 i missed agood exit point at the weekly open and 1h aims as i got greedy...

As for trade 7..... Was not happy after 3 rents on the spin and then I basically hit close instead of modify on my multi terminal on a trade that made 40+ pips. I managed +10. The air in the skype call turned blue (apologies to those who had to listen) as I let off some steam on my cock up….

The last trade was out of normal hours but it was the aftermath of FOMC
