Hello TMM,

Thank you for posting your journal.

I am in California and also have a day job so I have the same issue as you about when to trade. I have done the London session on my day off and needed three days to recover.

The sooner I learn the method the sooner I can take sometime off from work and spend it trading.

Good luck on your trading and thanks again for the post.

I set myself apart from trading and not only that but from friend just to know more about myself as Imran suggest, I try not to think of anything but this is difficult, i keep getting this thought about " you said you want freedom and you will loose your sleep on that, common that is not a freedom" thats just crazy, that happen for like hours then i stop for the day, did the samething next day try not to think about anything, but to my surprise it works, just like an inspiration saying this is what to do, only trade when you are alert and oriented, that will be NY open, just trade the setup and see the outcome. uhhhh may be i formulate that or not thats just the sound of thought i heard, let me give it a try and see how it will be of help. not a single trade this week, thats an improvement for me, cos no trade no loss.

Nothing like relax mind, unable to post my trade due to la, but a drastic improvement, made 30pip today, just come to think of it, why do we fear to pull triger, the simple answer will be emotionally attach to money, now i see forex as a game of mindset. check this out

Trading is a losing game if you can not control yourself.

- If you afraid to lose, you will lose
- If you afraid to win, you will lose
- if you hope to win, you will lose
-If you lose your hope to win, you will lose
- If you greed you will lose
- If you are not greed, you will lose
- If you are late you will lose
-If you are too early you will lose
- if you get dissapointed and mad when you lose, you will lose even more.

If you try hard not to lose, you will attract that outcome to you. This is because everything is energy and energy goes where your focus is.
In order to stop losing, you must focus on "Creating Profits".

cheers

Like the wise saying, we don't care were the trend goes, either up or down, i paid rent of 15pips on my first trade at the break of High Aims level going long but when i saw the three momentum candles on the left and my trade going nowere, i said hey remember what immy said " care not were the trade goes, time your trade" I took that trade at the break of Low Aims level, set my stop above the level, thou the trade is what I called stoped and reverse, since is late and feeling sleepy, all i did was set my take profit to 100pips, and waking up i saw the result, nice to see you can make money when you reduce over analysis and just trade what you see not what you think, comment are always welcome
