Comments: I missed one opportunity for a box addon because the price moved so fast after a new level formed. My next two opportunities had very large SL for 0.75% of the campaign. I will have to stick with the original entry next time, if the risk is too much. If the market went against my addons, I could have been in deep trouble! I stuck to my rules, but I will have to be more aware in the future. It was an okay trade, but would have been really good if I would have got my addons in at the right time. I need to get ATM.

Re: Kevin's Journal
nice catch Kevin... well traded and manged. however the box break should have been taken before the FAO. the earlier we get in the better. adn you could see how it would increased profitability since that would have your 1/2R Entry.

First Batch of 20 Using Fruit
I have just completed my first T20 Trading the Fruit strategy. Here are the results.
DS 18/20
The two DS 0 scores happened within the first 5 campaigns. One was an exit when the price closed within the Gator's mouth. This shouldn't have happened because we weren't fully into stage 3 yet. The Gator hadn't really opened fully, even though price crossed to the opposite side of the Gator.
The second DS 0 happened when I incorrectly took a fruit Short. There should have been three Green bars previous to the fruit bar, which would indicate a strong upward trend. The fruit would have indicated a reversal of the trend, and that an PO should have been set for a short entry. Instead, there was a red bar in the mix, which already indicated a loss of momentum. This would have negated the fruit entry.
I am happy with my discipline score for the first batch, and happy that I stuck to my rules. I didn't realize I had made an error and when it was brought to my attention, I took my discipline penalty like my trading plan states, and sat out the rest of the LO session.
I haven't been focusing on the gain and loss aspect of the first 20 trades, but here are those numbers
16 losses
2 break even
2 winners
Total risked was 14.75 and net loss was 1.5
Not bad numbers considering only 2 winners!
Looking forward to the next 20.
