17% for the month is a phenomenal result mate... how the hell did you manage that by trading only part time... Well I know now.... 7% for me in 2 days... Using your strict rules. (wd) (hug)grant18265 wrote:Hi everyone,

The Consistent Pursuit of DS1

I understand that I can't catch all the moves or all the signals but my objective is to catch THE VALID SIGNALS & ONLY the Valid Signals.

Re: Grants Journal
Hey Grant
Your flow chart only mentions the M5 chart to check the distance to the M5 AIMS level. Don't you use M5 to determine the trend, or is the purple line on M1 enough for you?
Also, your trade management rules specify an emergency stop loss of 13 pips. Does that mean that you're not scared to place orders when the AIMS box size is over 15 pips on M1?

Re: Grants Journal
Hi Bobby,
purple on m1 is enough for trend, but i dont like trading into obvious m5 levels so will place the PO accordingly.
as for the trade management. i wont take a trade if AISM is over 15 pips because having watched EU exclusively for the last 18 months it likes moving in 20 pip blocks, so if price has travelled 15 pips to trigger my entry then there is a chance that it will have a natural retrace after 20 pips, which could tag my SL. i like to have the room to get my +5 SL move in before a potential 20 pip block is hit.
hope this helps
