8. Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: This was an interesting trade; had a call with Immy; this wasn't the best Wave 4 as wave 4 max 23-50 fb levels; anyways, I only move the SL on the Apple once 1-2 has formed and price is clearly above the gator... I add on on the next box.

7. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: Keen to get in another apple trade after my call with Immy; saw this potential wave 4; got in the apple and then added below the dot; and had pending order below the box...
8. Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: Well, enough of these learning trades; I have learned enough... it wasn't a wave 4; it was a wave 3 up; too step above 50% fib etc... anyways but happy with my TM.

Some learnings from today:
1. Seed, if bar low/higher and cancels out on ATM; you can still trade; Seed means indecision point... Cherry is a directional trade so if it's broken you can't take it.
2. Apple trade:
- Only valid if it's peak; otherwise not valid!
- Ideally close to purple line...
- 3 Phases:
...... 1. Getting first entry 0.25% Phase; price is doing 1-2
.......2. Add-on Phase; once price get's into 3rd you want to pick add on; here you will need to see how price is behaving; it may go above gator
and then come back... 3-4 wave
.......3. Above gator phase: Price is now going and you want to add one more time; you're loaded and hope that you will price will explode!

Reflection on Badge 6:
Goals:
1. Work out a strong mental strategy plan to keep my energy levels strong - Started Autogenic Training Programme
2. Don't get distracted, stick to my plan and not my impulses and to get ready for the big game - increased my account; ready for the big boys

Reflection:
1. I really enjoyed this badge; mindset was on focusing on the process; results took care of itself.
2. Happy with my emotional training progress; journaling a big win and also Autogenic Training is incredible.
3. No need to worry about weekly or monthly performance, no need to worry about the next trade... Only thing I need to focus on is the next T20...
4. Learned about the Apple entry which is a game-changer for large box; big wins... looking forward to learning more... also learned about momentum trades.

Goals for next badge:
1. Learn and get really comfortable with Apple and momentum trades (LO & NYO) as I am with Hunt and S1.
2. Being relaxed with large account as I was with small account.
