That's me for January, total of 35 trades, 11 winners, 15 losers and 9 b/e, overall I lost 10 pips, cheap training I call that. Key learning points, wait patiently for the best setups, hold my nerve once in a trade - had I not closed so many trades early and waited for the reverse dot or a 20 pip target I would have made 74 pips or 7.4%. My average win was 9 pips average loss 6 pips.

Emotionally I'm enjoying trading much more than I was before trading this system.

Thanks to everyone here for your encouraging comments and advice, all very much appreciated.

February here we come

Hi Mike

That is an excellent thing to know. Feeling more relaxed and stress free is the key becoming an consistent winner. The best thing that can happen to you in trading is the feeling of enjoying it. When you enjoy it is when you start making money!

Have a good evening. Hopefully if you continue like this Feb 2012 is going to end up around 10% up. and you know that is phenomenal.

Well Done! \m/

cheers

Not the best of starts to my month a rent trade already -8 pips, setup looked good for a wave 5 short but think i was guilty of jumping the gun, I really need to learn to wait for better setups.

Next!

Yet another rent trade, not what is going on with my trades at the moment, took one a few minutes earlier which was a silly mistake as the aims box was too big, but this setup looked good to me

Was I the only one caught by this one?

Mike

Your 2nd trade looked good the only thing that I might have hesitated over is the Aims to the left. At the time of the trade there might have been enough room it is difficult to tell from the chart.

The 3rd trade looks okay and I probably would have taken that if I was at my screen.

Keep at it you will get there and hope your holiday is going well.

Another day begins with a rent trade, really not sure what was wrong if anything with the setup, there seemed to be room to the 5 min high, starting to get a bit lost as to how what I need to do to turn things round.
