Re: Thomas's journal [trading The Hunt on H1]
Trade campaign 13/1
Summary
Summary
- Pair: USD/CAD
Entry: Setup 2
Risk: 37.9 P + 37.9 P = 75.8P
Exit: Box trail/Box trail
Result: - 17.6 P - 17.6 P = - 35.2 P, - 0.46 R - 0.46 R = - 0.92 R
DS: 0 [10/13]
- Pre-trade remarks:
- H1, VL (1): Setup 2 into Wave 5 down
- H1, HL (1): 1:1 for the first Entry
- H1, HL (2): TZ1
- H4, VL (1): Price within a Wave 3 down
- Post-trade remarks:
- I forgot to enable ATM's Fractal Trail, these trades should have closed at [H1] VL (3) [DS = 0].
- I put the POs directly under the low of the candle with Setup 2's dot and didn't wait for a new lower AIMS-Level. Also, there weren't any levels to the left near to consider.
- AO and price already showed divergence [H4]. Hence, I could have assumed, that the end of Wave 3 down [H4] was reached.
- Alligator was going to sleep at the time of the POs [H4].
- Overall, this was a Setup that I should have skipped.

Re: Thomas's journal [trading The Hunt on H1]
Trade campaign 14/1
Summary
Summary
- Pair: EUR/JPY
Entry: Setup 1
Risk: 54.6 P + 54.6 P = 109.2P
Exit: Initial SL/Initial SL
Result: - 58 P - 58 P = - 116 P, - 1.06 R - 1.06 R = - 2.12 R
DS: 0 [10/14]
- Pre-trade remarks:
- H1, VL (1): Setup 1 into Wave 5 down
- H1, HL (1): 1:1 for the first Entry
- H1, HL (2): TZ1
- H1, HL (3): TZ1(a) (as Price didn't retrace more than 23.6 % of Wave 3, yet)
- H4, VL (1): Price within a Wave 3 down
- Post-trade remarks:
- 1:1 for the first Entry was outside TZ1(a) and even outside TZ1 [DS = 0].
- For whatever reasons, I put the POs under the low of the candle, that already broke the red dot's corresponding lower AIMS-Level [H1, VL (2)][DS = 0].
- AO didn't cross ZL, so Wave 4 [H1] was not confirmed, yet, at the time I put the POs.
- Price hit TZ1(a) and retraced.
- Summarised: I screwed this campaing completely.
