Just spotted a pending order for the Apple... beware the Apples without a clear ABC pattern... bewave the apple that does not have a clean strong reversal pattern... beware the apply with at least 38% pullback.

Summary:
Has been a frustrating day; market has been moving at the opens and I just didn't get an opportunity to trade.

No surprise that my weakness of FOMO kicked in and I made an emotional trade. Well, that was the bad news but the good news is that how I reacted from it:
1. Emotionally I still feel relatively relaxed - AT is making its effect; in the past I would have gone nuts.
2. I shared my struggle in the group; it's not easy to show weakness but I am glad I did; I learned that I need to put a rule in place where I deliberately break my rules because of FOMO. So I have updated my trading plan.
3. Immy made a good point; best way to get out of FOMO is to trade more. I will going to add LOBOT/NEWS to my trading... I will obviously going to observe and learn, and risk small money before going live with big.

Summary: It's just another day and you know what if I had gone home today with 0 trades but everyone else and the world had made a killing... it doesn't matter... stick to your rules and tomorrow will be another day.

Well:
1. Typical pattern: Good morning session, followed my rules... broke my rule in the afternoon. Tomorrow going to have punishment and no trade...
2. I am glad that I have accountability; probably the smartest I have made... otherwise I know my mind will go nuts; I have things in control...
3. Irony is, my discipline is all over the shot but I am still profitable for this week and if I had not broken my rules I would have been up crazy.
4. Other things I have learned: even S1, I have to scale into the position... taking full risk from get go; I am not going to be able to handle at 1%...
5. Feck the Lobot and open trades; I have added the S2 to my arsenal... but I don't need to be fancy like Immy (he has 10 years experience big accounts); I have 3 days... stick to the boring simple rules... that's enough for me to make a lot of money with this account size...

7. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: Towards the end of the US 2hr; I saw that there was sudden momentum; price was breaking out of a range with power. Pull back came; in my head I was ready... if there is a signal I get it in on the bar break and add on box break

Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: Well, the bar add on worked but the box break add on didn't; the lower fractal wasn't yet formed so swing entry on the ATM didn't work... so in future when I see a setup I need to have the pts entry ready and once the bar breaks; I need to to Market Order entry.
