Day 5 Reflection
DS 2/5 40%
Friday, Sat and Sunday gave me a lot of time to think about my discipline problems of last week and I came up with a number of suggestions and I am going to test if that works this week:
1. Screenshot and description: if I had to teach the STage 1 and 2 guys in the group, would this setup good teaching material? So when a setup forms, I will take a screenshot and make my notes on it; if I wouldn't be comfortable teaching it, why would I trade it?
2. ARE: Do you have to be in action? Do you have to be right? Do you expect an outcome?
3. ARE in my AT Ocean mind next to HEAVY and Warm and observe how the waves are...
Today all these techniques worked amazingly well; I was tested straight away at LO; I bet that last week I would have pressed the button but today I let it go... then nothing for the whole day... I had one entry just before 4pm... Looking it was good, it was perfect, exactly where I want to trade... I made a small mistake with my TM as I didn't anticpate the lower fractal not building but that's a minor technical issue I can fix.
I am proud of me for today... Let's see how tomorrow ends up.

Some learning today
S2 before Lo
ABC at LO and what could have been potential S2...
Lightbulb moment !!! In order to validate a S1 forming on M1; see whether 3-4-5 has been completed on M5.

Re: Ganesh Trading Journal
Hang in there buddy... lets bring that DS level right back to 90% ... the race is on... I know you can do it...
What is the Secret of Successful Trading?
The Consistent Pursuit of DS1
The thing that makes me money in trading is when I "Objectively Follow my Trading Plan".
I understand that I can't catch all the moves or all the signals but my objective is to catch THE VALID SIGNALS & ONLY the Valid Signals.
My Deathbed Advice "5:1 Reward to Risk Ratio".
Yo, banana boy!

Day 6 Reflection
Thanks Immy; yes will do
This week already so much better than last week.
DS 3/6 50%
Biggest moment for me was my trade in the afternoon; my seed was a loss but I knew the area was great and my setup was still very valid. Then a PC cherry appeared, I held my nerves and got in. Well done man! Big step.
I am not too sure about my add on TM; seems to be getting confusing and loads of things to manage and I get confused with the Targets etc... I need to sleep on it and make a decision on it.
Also another thing I need to sleep on is whether to take seeds only around the green line? Need to reflect.

Re: Ganesh Trading Journal
I think you've changed too many things, going live...
Once you don't have sufficient experience with Apple...
so I think the best thing would have been to actually wait for a batch or two to nail this method down.
You don't know probably or maybe you do, but by trading the Apple set up, you're actually trading the ENTIRE Fruit method...
having said that. It is never too late. I suggest you STOP adding on. This actually is quite stressful. Even though when you get experienced you might find it weird why scaling in is stressful.
It's suppose to be stress-free because you are risking in increments. But the mind does not accept it fully easily at first. Hence this shit...
anyway... off to bed for me...

7. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: Opened the chart and saw the ABC on the M5 and possible S1 on the M1... Got in...
8. Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: Premature trade; didn't do my mental prep and I wasn't in the zone. Only risked half as I wasn't sure... Overall BAD trade; was in the danger of falling into old habits... removed myself and refocused...

2. Date/Time: 20/05/2020 - Morning Session
3. Symbol/TF: DAX
4. Signal Type / Direction: Hunt Dot Short
5. Setup Type: A
6. The situation on M5: Into new impulsive wave
7. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: Saw ABC move down; familiar now; still at LO;that first cherry didn't trigger but I was patient as still opportunity for ABC. It played out beautifully and Hunt dot appeared. I got in.
8. Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: After the hunt dot, a seed showed up which would have been much better entry; I didn't have the mental agility. It was still aaccording to my plan; later I learned from Immy that I need to avoid large hunt dot bars especially when the price is not moving crazy... Seed there is the edge.
