Hey Thomas

Great Trade again, properly recorded and well managed.

Notice the H4 chart. When a Setup 1 on h1 happens to be within this sort of pattern on H4, you're trading the Highest Probability Setup 1's. And that is why and how we got into the Hunt Signals.

I see.
I'm looking forward to trade the Hunt Seed as well. But, still a long way to go with the Setup only (which is already fun, anyway).

They are all connected, so learning setup is halfway to hunt already, take your time and keep up the good work.

Trade campaign 4/1

Summary
  • Pair: USD/CAD
    Entry: Setup 1
    Risk: 43.4 P + 43.4 P = 86.8 P
    Exit: TP(1:1)/Box trail
    Result: 42.9 P + 52.5 P = 95.4 P, 0.99 R +1.21 R = 2.2 R
    DS: 1 [4/4]
About the campaign
  • Pre-trade remarks:
    • H1, VL (1): Setup 1 into Wave 5 up
    • H1, HL (1): 1:1 for the first Entry
    • H1, HL (2): TZ1(a) (as Price didn't retrace more than 23.6 % of Wave 3, yet)
    • H1, HL (3): TZ1
    • H1, HL (4): Peak of Wave 3 up
    • H4, VL (1): Price within a Wave 3 up
    • I want to be "sure" that price is going into a Wave 5 up, so I put the POs above the peak of Wave 3.
    • Despite the pair is already trending for a longer time, there is no divergence on [H4], yet, and Alligator is still open wide.
  • Post-trade remarks:
    • ATM (Box trail) was de-activated during Asian Session.

Trade campaign 7/1

Summary
  • Pair: EUR/CAD
    Entry: Setup 1
    Risk: 36.1 P + 36.1 P = 72.2 P
    Exit: TP(1:1)/Box trail
    Result: 37.2 P - 19.7 P = 17.5 P, 1.03 R - 0.55 R = 0.48 R
    DS: 0 [6/7]
About the campaign
  • Pre-trade remarks:
    • H1, VL (1): Setup 1 into Wave 5 down
    • H1, HL (1): 1:1 for the first Entry
    • H1, HL (2): TZ1
    • H4, VL (1): Price within a Wave 5 down
    • H4: eWaves shows a Wave 5, price already hit its TZ1.
Nevertheless, there's no divergence within this Wave 5, yet, and Alligator is still open wide.
  • Post-trade remarks:
    • I somehow managed to switch the Pips amount for the Short Trade Buffer and the Short Stop Loss Buffer.
Hence, the entry was "too late" and the inital SL too close [DS = 0].
