Re: Siegrid's Journal
Hi Siegrid, how are you? I can see your charts clearly. Just going through them now. I will answer how to manually draw your TZ1 line once I looked at your charts. I will sent an image with it as well.
See you.

Date: 01/02/19
Symbol: USDCAD H1(took this one before Immy’s advice to stick to one time frame & have included it because it's one more trade that I can use to get to T20)
Signal Type: Setup 1 Short
Comments and feelings at the time of taking the trade: Confident, it seemed like a good Setup 1 to me.
Comments and feelings after exiting the trade: Still in the trade at this point, but looking back at the chart on H4 (the HTF), it looks like at the time of my entry (on H1) the H4 chart was entering the probable end of W5, so with hindsight it was maybe not an entry point with a high probability of success.
What did I learn from this trade and How could I have done it better?: To thoroughly check and understand the wave pattern on the HTF.
DS for this trade: 1
DS Running Total: 3/5
Yup to me it looks like a bit late into the wave, H4 had already 4 peaks...H1 was clear S1 though.

Re: Siegrid's Journal
May I ask what your entry buffer is? Do you put your PO e.g 2 pips below entry signal?rcrglmd wrote: 06 Feb 2019, 02:57 Batch 1 Trade 6

Comments and feelings at the time of taking the trade: It looks like a good S1 to me. I like it on M15 because it meets all the flowchart rules. I also like it H1.
Comments and feelings after exiting the trade: Still in the trade at this point. I’ll update this entry once I’m out.

Re: Siegrid's Journal
Hi Jas!
Great to hear from you. I’m going well, thanks, and you? Thank-you for taking a look at my journal and helping me out.
I’m glad you can see my charts okay. I don’t know what I’ve done incorrectly at my end, but I can’t see them in the journal. They used to come up so I could just see them without having to click an attachment. It's good you can see them straight away though without having to click through.

I’ve got my ATM settings at 1pip either side. Do you set yours differently? I've attached a pic of my settings.May I ask what your entry buffer is? Do you put your PO e.g 2 pips below entry signal?

Re: Siegrid's Journal
Hi Sig.
I'm great thanks. I've asked you what buffer you use only because on the EurUsd trade I felt it was a bit too close to the box, I actually use 2 pips always have and it seemed to work for me on H1/H4. I understand the lower the timeframe is the more 1 pip has its value, so I think 1 pip for M15 is fine, on HTF e.g. H4 2 pips is nothing...but on M5 1 pip is a lot to me (that when I did dax for a few month). Keep up the good work, you've come so far already!
See you

Re: Siegrid's Journal
Date: 15/07/20 Batch: 1
Trade #: 1/20
Chart: Usdjpy T direction: Sell
M5 setup: DS1 Pull back towards green line. Red ao surging.
Timeframe: M1 Box size: 15
Ltf setup: DS1 Waited for ao cross. Gator closed. Price on right side of and clear of the purple line.
Execution: DS0 Missed setting atm for entry and chased price.
Take again: Yes
Note: Was concerned that the ao had three smaller surges down before the green cross. Was worried this might show the downtrend was running out of steam.
