What a start of the week.... same as end of the week - RENT
Last strings of losses got a bad impact on my mind.It's hard to explain but kind of losing balance in my mind.when I do the aftermath i feel like i made a bad decision to enter some of the trades but hmm its easy to say so after all.I see how this week will go but lately it's kind of hard for me...

Im really getting fed up with myself.I need someone with fresh look on what I'm doing because I know the string of losses it's all my fault. It's strange but i got a feeling im getting worse actually.

the trade i have hopefully quoted here is against purple.... If you are struggling why not just take set ups in line with purple MA, then at least you will in the direction of the HTF trend.....

With this one you have gone long after the AO has diverged whihc is not a high probablity trade.... This time try to take tardes just after a cross of the 0 line... Your win rate should then get better..

I will make adjustments to my trading as we all see is URGENTLY needed and i must be honest i caught myself many times when puting on a trade when didnt pay respect for higher time frame.

And I will take your advices in to my routine. cheers

Agree with Grant's comment. Moreover EU SEED you took was far from purple. I would have filtered this trade based on below facts :
- AO has already diverged
- No fresh cross
- SEED was far away from purple.

Please don't hesitate to trade on a demo account for 1-2 days, just to regain confidence and fully master your routine. AIMS DOES WORK, that is for sure. Just learn from your "errors" here and there.
