8. Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: Genuinely not sure what triggered my Fomo/Boredom trades but essentially killed all my profits over the past week. Suddenly, something triggered in my head and I felt like I saw opportunities everywhere and had to get in... Maybe I have an deeper underlying addiction problem.

As written in my last post; not sure what happened in my head but something triggered the FOMO/Boredom in my head... I was doing so well for discipline for this week and then something triggered in me; almost like an addiction and I saw opportunities everywhere; needing to be in a trade...

Positives this week:
I have been f***** disciplined for almost all my sessions apart from Friday... I am getting a good sense of what I am trading, my setups, where I need to be trading etc... All good.

Negatives this week:
Well still perplexed about my Friday afternoon actions; not sure what happened there. Started losing my DS and almost had to get in trades like an addict... How was it triggered? I saw immy 15sec trades, so all these trades on the channels; all the ideas on TV... What is it? Can I not go two sessions without trading? Do I have some underlying mental issues which is thrill seeking?

Maybe another reason: This week was difficult; trading was tough; not many clear winning trades... maybe did I feel like I was doing something wrong? Maybe not every week can be profitable? Maybe it is ok to do the right thing and having a loosing week?

Loads of questions...

Anyways, I can't trade on Monday due punishment but will come next week and see whether I have some insights...

To be honest; I am feeling a bit frustrated... last few trades haven't worked in my favour.

For the first time in 8 badges I am against the wall with -1.5R. It's going to be a fight but I got to keep fighting.

I've reduced my risk back down to 0.25% to get my self back into the zone...
