I think Immy you were right...at least regarding my case scenario ....

Today was another day where I didn't get to place a single trade on Dax.... It was total s... the whole day until.... Yep when my trading time is done. Something important happened to me during this time I think is worth sharing with you guys. I was present at my desktop doing other stuff and I saw massive moves on DAX. Something I was waiting whole - 3 days but it never happened. But I didnt place a single trade even though at first I thought - go on Michal trade trade trade , get those pips, get that money!. It's might sound funny but I felt like shi... in the beginning but convinced myself even it's all good setup its not in my trading plan to trade at this hours. So any trade would bring me profit with nice FAT DS0 -as it is called in Skype Group.
So overall I feel like i passed big test.
From now on I know it will be only better! It got me a boost to carry on and work towards to become - DISCIPLINED TRADER.

Thats exactly the point... You have to follow the trading plan.... Your objective for Stage 1 is to get at least 80% DS... that's it. It does not matter if you make 15 winning or losing trades ... what matters is only this one thing. Have I followed my trading plan? is this a DS1 or a big stinky DS0 ...

Today well all I can say im still without a trade.It's all ok .Just wasn't any setup I commited to trade in my plan. It's really putting me up for a test as I won't lie is a bit tough for you to be the only one who didn't trade while other had such a great day:) Well done to All you Guys ! Smashing results especially one Addict:D But I said to myself that's all ok becuase I've done my job. Next day is tomorrow let's see what it brings ! That's all from me today have a good day, evening what ever time you got there.

No trade.No trade. No trade that's the friday session.
Now a bit of personal thoughts. What I've notice I've learned a lot through this week just sitting, chatting and observing chart. There is few things that are coming to my mind... I've noticed im drained in some way from my energy. Even though I didn't watch charts for the whole day just 2 sessions feeling is same. Immy said today that trading H1 you can achieve same result with less sitting in front of your desktop. You have to check it every hour though but it seems still a bit more relaxing for mind and body too! Since I decided to write every thought I got regarding trading so there you go:) What's going through my mind now is this:
- What is the real reason why I started to trade m1? - I was thinking about it and I think i can answer it now with being total honest with myself.I wanted to make money quicker. I was trying to lie to myself and hide this real reason and convince myself is something else ( where I can't focus on it for now- DISCIPLINE first- that thinking I had when I came back after break). Now after 3 weeks of trading on m1 apparently I think , do i really need to be on m1 where You really have to be on top gear with your mind, emotions and all the other things it needs. VERY DEMANDING in my opinion . So here I am now after that time something has changed inside me and I actually consider whether not to move to slower time frames and take same setups but in totally different pace.....
I know I didn't finish even my 1-t20 and it was shitty week on m1 (for setups I trade)... But I promised this journal will be honest and I share my experience through my journey.....
I'm stucked right now.

It's a good experience for a nasty period. Dax won't be like this forever. There will be again times when setups are all over the place when you are in charts. You kept the discipline. That's all that matters in the end. Be proudly happy.

After reading your post I'd like to talk about something else ...

Think about this ... Where does the idea of YOU come from. How do you know who you are? Is it the mind/brain that creates the consciousness in you? why do we refer to our mind as "the mind is playing on me" ... Where is the mind? which mind is playing on what mind? do you have two minds?

The answer is simple... but I'd like you to find it out...

hmm in these topic related to mind it will be hard for me to answer due to vocabulary ...

I think we got this subconscious mind which knows exactly what and how to do something as long as we got/set ourself goal. This is real ME. But it is disturbed by conscious mind and it's thought process.So it makes everything it can to convince me that i should listen to my consciousnes (problem solver) all the time even then when there is no problem at all it will create one for me....

The simple answer is that you are what you are ... All these philosophical extras are just for selling books and seminars... The Real world is quite simple.

Focus, Goals and Objectives, Hard Work ... REPEAT...
