Re: Peter's Journal
Today I tested Darren's EA. Worked very nice, 3 profitable EJ m5 trades. Thanks again, Darren

Re: Peter's Journal
Dear All,
I restart my journal. Michael's success inspired me. The pro traders take journal all the time, it is part of the learning process and trader's life... I hope, my results will be better with this.
I share here some trades from this week.

Re: Peter's Journal
Beautiful charts, thanks for sharing
I wish more people would come on here to share something on their journals

1% daily gain, compounded for 250 trading days, (approximately one year) would produce 1103% account growth[/center]

very nice trades indeed!

I'm happy that I can share my learning with you and others and that my journal encourages fellow AIMSters to re-update their trading-documentations as well.
In my inexperienced opinion, a detailed recording of activities of every trading sessions belongs, after technically mastering the rulebook of a system, to the second, even more important part of learning to trade consistantly, patientliy and disciplined.
I think, this second part of every trading day, where we have to make the paper work, the analysis of our trades, and maybe some simulation, is so vital to novice traders that I spend more time and energy on this second part as on trading itself. It does help alot and brings many insights, which don't come up at the time of active trading.
So, IMHO, real learning takes place in this second part of daily trading routine where we can deal with and think about our trading without interfering emotions or impulses and are able to do the necessary selfreflection of our trading and our personality.
Cheers and keep on updating your documentation :-bd :-bd :-bd

Re: Peter's Journal
A great day's trading Peter. I was fortunate to be able to see this happening on Skype. It has taught me some new things. Quite a few steps behind, but moving forward every single day. Thanks for sharing, both here and in the Skype room
