Trade campaign 18/1

Summary
  • Pair: USD/JPY
    Entry: Setup 1
    Risk: 60.7 P + 60.7 P = 121.4 P
    Exit: Box trail/Box trail
    Result: - 14 P - 14 P = - 28 P, - 0.23 R - 0.23 R = - 0.46 R
    DS: 1 [15/18]
About the campaign
  • Pre-trade remarks:
    • H1, VL (1): Setup 1 into Wave 5 down
    • H1, HL (1): 1:1 for the first Entry
    • H1, HL (2): TZ1
    • H4, VL (1): Price within a Wave 3 down
  • Post-trade remarks:
    • AIMS Box was a bit tall, when I set my POs.
However, as TZ1 still offered more than 2:1 of reward:risk, this campaign was okay.

Thank you :) . I guess, with Seed and Cherry added, the next batch won't take three months to complete, as this one did ;) .

I appreciate that ^:)^ .
As, from now on, I'm making my trading decisions only with the informations I get from CTF, my journal should become sligthly more compact in the future.

Dont be so sure, if traded correctly it wont speed up even if you have 20 entries, that's just an illusion.. less is more, slow is better.

It's been quite some time without trading.
I had to re-write my Trading Plan (v 3.0 now), too, and started with a new batch of T20 afterwards.

Trade campaign 1/1

Summary
  • Pair: GBP/USD
    Entry: Setup 1
    Risk: 52.2 P
    Exit: Box trail
    Result: - 38.9 P, - 0.75 R
    DS: 0 [0/1]
About the campaign
  • Pre-trade remarks:
    • VL (1): Setup 1 into Wave 5 down
    • TZ1(a) has to be considered, as Price didn't retrace more than 23.6 % of Wave 3, yet)
  • Post-trade remarks:
    • The AIMS-Box including the sginal candle was quite big. Thus, this Setup could/should have been skipped.
Nevertheless, there's no fixed value for "too big" mentioned in my TP, it's a visual thing.
    • Judging the AO, the Wave 5 that I were tarketing could have already happened within what eWaves labels as Wave 3 down.
    • ATM's T-Fractal wasn't active during Asian Session, explaining the missed exit level (AIMS-Box high).
    • The reason for taking this entry was simply, that I were eager to trade [DS = 0].
