Trade Number: B2-T2 (#332)

2. Date/Time: 15/10/20 at 10.23

3. Symbol/TF:  nzdusd/M1

4. Signal Type/Direction : S1/sell

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade:

H1:  H1 box break down.  H1 gator wide open.

M5:  M5 gator open down.  Not a nice clean 2/3 candle pull back on M5.  Rather a sideways consolidation setup.  But okay, because m1 entry was below the M5 box.

M1:  Box size 60. All S1 criteria correct (right side of purple line, ao cross, dot, gator sleeping).

6.Comments and Thoughts After Exiting the Trade:  Entry was good.  Really thought this one was going to stop out after entry.  Very strong desire to get out after entry when price starts heading in the opposite direction to the trade.

7. DS For this Trade: DS1

8. DS Running Total:  3/3

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade:

H1:  H1 box break down.  H1 gator wide open.

M5:  Nice steady downtrend, two candle pull back to green line (plus one small green candle that crosses gl).  Ao surging.

M1:  Box size 78 at time of entry. All S1 criteria correct (right side of purple line, ao cross, dot, gator sleeping).

6.Comments and Thoughts After Exiting the Trade:  I wish they all went like this!

Trade Number: B2-T5 (#265)

2. Date/Time: 15/10/20 at 12.40

3. Symbol/TF:  euraud/M1

4. Signal Type / Direction : S1/buy

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade:

H1:  H1 box break.  H1 gator wide open.

M5:  M5 gator open.  Not a nice clean 2/3 candle pull back to M5 green line.  Maybe also another indication that this wasn’t the best trade was the two green peaks on the M5 ao, with the second peak (where I took the trade) not being quite as tall as the first?

M1:  Box size 65. Technically everything was there (pl, gator, dot, ao), but maybe price had gone too far from the H1 breakout? And also, in Immy’s video #29 he mentions that the second setup is a lower probability than the first.  Looking at this chart, the first S1 (albeit with the purple line in the box) was around 10.50.  If that was the first valid s1 on M1, then this second set up had a lower possibility of success.

6.Comments and Thoughts After Exiting the Trade:  Would I take this again?  No.  Because was the second S1 on M1 from the H1 breakout.

7. DS For this Trade: DS0.  Because was second S1 on M1 after H1 breakout from AIMs box.

8. DS Running Total:  4/5

Trade Number: B2-T6 (#373)

2. Date/Time: 16/10/20 at 15.02

3. Symbol/TF:  eurusd/M1

4. Signal Type / Direction : S1/buy

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade:

H1:  Trading into possible new W3, so I guess from a H1 perspective this is a DS0.  However, in defence of taking this trade, the ao printed a “5” and this surge on the ao was smaller than that for the “3” maybe indicating divergence/reversal...or is that a stretch?

Also, maybe ridiculous (given I was placing a trade on M1), but I took a peek at H4 and saw that it looked like it was heading to a w5 up, or had hit support and was going to head back up...I was hoping that was what it was going to do anyway.

I’ve just taken another look at H4, and it just hit me what Immy said in that last video about which way the gator is pointing.  The H4 gator is open down, and H1 price action is clearly under the purple line, so we’re really looking at a downtrend, and I’m placing a trade against the prevailing trend – so definitely a DS0

M5:  Pull back to green line on M5.  Ao surging.  Breakout of a support level for M5 (see where H1 yellow line is).

M1:  Gator, dot, pl, ao all in place.  Was really concerned straight after entry, when price came back to the green line on M1.  Thrilled that it got to BE.  Also, I chased the entry so a DS0 for execution too.

6.Comments and Thoughts After Exiting the Trade:  Would I take this again?  No.  Because it was against the prevailing trend on the HTFs (H1 & H4)

7. DS For this Trade: DS0.

8. DS Running Total:  4/6

3. Symbol/TF:  audsgd/M1

4. Signal Type / Direction : S1/sell

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade:

 H1:  H1 in a downtrend.  Breakout from H1 box.

M5:  M5 in a downtrend.  AO surging down on M5.  Three green candle pull back on M5 to the green line (starting to look at the number of candles in the pull back on the HTF because of Immy’s video #29 – that was such a good video Immy!)

M1:  Box size 43. All S1 criteria correct (right side of purple line, ao cross, dot, gator sleeping).  Entry was good.

6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade:  Should have not traded this as per Immy’s prev advice re the size of spread.  The spread of this chart was about 3.8 at the time of entry, and I think it must have widened after I entered and that was what stopped out this trade.  I think otherwise it was a good S1 setup wise.

7. DS For this Trade: DS1 for the S1 setup (DS0 for trading something that had a spread over 2)

8. DS Running Total:  2/2

X_X  I know Immy...I know this shouldn't be a pair I am looking at...I just widened the universe of pairs to check out so that I could practice seeing those S1's.  I've started looking at some more of your videos.  They are wonderful.  From watching them I'm starting to understand more about the progression from trading S1's to other entry signals and why you want beginners like me to stick to pairs where there is momentum and volatility.

3. Symbol/TF:  chfjpy/M1

4. Signal Type / Direction : S1/buy

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade:

H1:  Strong breakout on H1.  Was concerned about the levels to the left on H1 but thought on balance that the entry was above the majority of resistance.

M5:  Ao surging up on M5.  Gator wide open.  Pull back to green line.

M1:  Nice S1.  Dot, gator, pl, ao all okay.

6.Comments and Thoughts After Exiting the Trade:  Would I take this again?  Yes

7. DS For this Trade: DS1

Trade Number: B2-T8 (#289)

2. Date/Time: 19/10/20 at 12.12

3. Symbol/TF:  cadchf/M1

4. Signal Type / Direction : S1/sell

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade:

H1:  Box break on H1, followed by a strong red candle.  Entry was after the second candle.

M5:  Ao surging down.  Pull back to the green line on M5.

M1:  Ao, pl, dot, gator all okay.  Small box.

6.Comments and Thoughts After Exiting the Trade:  Would I take this again?  No, not outside of a demo account while I’m learning.  For my learning it was a good S1 I think, but as Immy has pointed out to me previously (thanks Immy), this pair should not be in my list of tradeable pairs.  The spread was over 2 at the time of entry.

7. DS For this Trade: DS1 for the s1

8. DS Running Total:  6/8

Trade Number: B2-T9 (#144)

2. Date/Time: 20/10/20 at 13.13

3. Symbol/TF:  eurjpy/M1

4. Signal Type / Direction : S1/buy

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade:

H1:  Very strong candle out of H1 box.  H1 gator open up.

M5:  Ao surging on M5.  Gator open up.  Pull back to the green line.

M1:  Gator cross, dot, ao, pl all correct.  Box 36.

Comments and Thoughts After Exiting the Trade:  Would I take this again?  Yes. I think it was a lovely s1.  DS0 for entry though.  I chased the entry again.  At the blue dot the price was so close to the entry that atm had changed from a swing order to a limit.  I moved the entry further from price and placed an order, then was mucking about to try to get an order closer to the price when both orders were triggered.  So I closed the smaller order for a small loss, and kept the other one running.

7. DS For this Trade: DS1 for the s1

8. DS Running Total:  7/9
