Summary
  • Pair: EUR/USD
    Entry: Cherry
    Risk: 16.5 P
    Exit: BE
    Result: -0.3 P, -0.02 R
    DS: 1 [1/1]
About the campaign
  • Entry notes:
    • There was a long Wave 4 before this signal. But, as structure on eWaves was still pretty clear and TZ1 was far away, I took it nevertheless.
  • Exit notes:
    • ---
  • Remarks:
    • ---
Yup it was nice Cherry. It turned out BE for me as well. Elbarto I was just wondering if you could write your date entry as well in our summary section, I was able to see look up your trades by looking at the date of your screenshot etc. I do H1 trading as well. :)

Thank you for your input, Jasmien :) .
Writing the date into the summary section is a good idea, I'll do this with the next trade.

Hi Elberto, TZ1 was only about 1.6R away, I actually missed that setup 1 all-together, now in hindsight look at it, it shot right through it, a wave 5 finishes between TZ1 and TZ2, but I use TZ1 as well as my rule, and like to see a 2R wiggle room as well. Well done on seeing a good nice setup 1, it had a clear wave 3 and 4 (my favourite).

It was a nice setup, indeed.
When placing the TP near TZ1, I completely miss the large moves, which turn a Wave 5 into a new Wave 3. This trade is the perfect example.
I think, it could be best to tighten the SL, when price is hitting TZ1 and let ATM do its thing with Box trail afterwards.

Btw, Thomas instead of ElBarto is fine, too ;) .

Trade campaign 5/1

Summary
  • Pair: AUD/USD
    Entry: Setup 1
    Entry date: 20.11.2017
    Risk: 29.5 P
    Exit: Box trail
    Result: -14.7 P, -0.50 R
    DS: 1 [4/5]
About the campaign
  • Entry notes:
    • Visually judging AO, Wave 5 could have already happened where the signal appeared.
Nevertheless, eWaves didn't print a "5", so, according to my TP, everything was okay.
  • Exit notes:
    • The SL to BE level was missed by only a few pips.
  • Remarks:
    • There already was an extended move down, before the signal appeared. Thus, the probability of price going further down was not the greatest. Avoid such scenarios?

Trade campaign 6/1

Summary
  • Pair: USD/CAD
    Entry: Cherry
    Entry date: 21.11.2017
    Risk: 22.5 P
    Exit: Initial SL
    Result: -22.5 P, -1.00 R
    DS: 0 [4/6]
About the campaign
  • Entry notes:
    • I were quite unsure, wether to take this entry or not.
Price on H1 hit its TZ1, but M15 offered a nice Setup 1 with enough space to its own TZ1.
  • Exit notes:
    • The SL to BE level was missed by only a few pips.
  • Remarks:
    • As H1 is the timeframe I trade (as stated clearly in my TP, too), I should have set my priority to that one and thus have skipped this signal.
