What is the Secret of Successful Trading?
The Consistent Pursuit of DS1 :nerd

The thing that makes me money in trading is when I "Objectively Follow my Trading Plan".

I understand that I can't catch all the moves or all the signals but my objective is to catch THE VALID SIGNALS & ONLY the Valid Signals.

My Deathbed Advice "5:1 Reward to Risk Ratio".

T20 - B2 - T3 - USD/JPY Cherry

Unread post by immy »

This was a good cherry, a pc cherry, during Frankfurt Open.
Messed it up by some technical mistake in the atm settings.
I will give me a DS0 for this. I should not be messing with settings mid trade.

Score: 0
Total Score: 2/4 (oh boy pretty bad)

Slight Change of Tactic [Mid Batch Adjustment]

Unread post by immy »

I'm gonna make a slight change of Tactic again.

After 3 boring days on M15 ... I've decided to make it a bit more interesting. I was not able to leave the screen.
So what I'll do is put back 8 charts on the h1. Now I will take Setup 1 on h1, Cherry and Hunt on H1, plus I'll drop to M15 and take Setup 1 mostly, and sometimes even the Hunt signals on the M15. I will have more time to move around instead of sat on my back side all day.

cheers

Immy I took the setup 1 on the crude chart though, I can't see a reason why it wouldn't go towards Tz1, so I'm hopeful. H4 has a hunt signal as well. It has had a nice retrace, so I'm in. One more thing, the levels to the left doesn't bother me, it was just a spike most likely news related but didn't check.

It could do anything, but since this is a nice example of Setup 1 which has been proven to be a profitable edge, if this same setup is taken over and over (with proper entry and management etc), one will end up profitable in the long run. I don't know if this is the answer you're looking for, haha.

I think its a very clear setup 1, had to look again, it fits my entry criteria.
