Re: BobbyF's Journal
I hit the same trade. I was testing out Steve's indicators and had put the usual template. VE AIMS EA has 20pips by default and it hit it. I was gutted only to find later that I could not have gotten more than 20 anyway. So the week ended with a good note. Yes I took the inner level because when Alligator is open I tend to take the inner levels. I am not suggesting anything. You should follow your plan. I know Grant would have taken exactly where you took.BobbyF wrote:Friday 20th April.

I thought I'll comment on your trades today. I did not take this trade. Simply because I thought it was too early after wave down. By using this filtering I could have missed the move down. So there was risk aversion as well as possible missing out of a profit opp, attached to this decision. Intuition does play a big part in my trading. There are 2 things that would help develop intuition .1 Consistency: to trade the system consistently day in and day out. Develop very strong feel for your system that will help develop an iron clad belief in your system. 2. Learn to apply techniques to stay in the now, during trading and technique for quieting your mind and meditations while not trading.
cheers

I took this trade but I took the inner aims level, because when the Alligator is open and trend is confirmed, I usually tend to take the inner AIMS Level. Same result but with lesser number of pips lost.
