Re: Topher's Journal
No trades for me this week as I have been away Monday to Thursday and this morning my pc developed a fault.
Have a great weekend.

Re: Topher's Journal
I have just taken a trade I would not normally take. The 5min low was too close to entry and for some reason I took it. I feel I am starting to make a few silly mistakes which at present I am getting away with. I think it is time to stop for the day and reflect on the situation. +9pips (+0.7%).

Re: Topher's Journal
Richard, besides the obvious personal rule you broke, it was an excellent trade. I know you do not use additional tools like a might, but here is what i see. some good background PA around S/R level to precede your setup taken.

Re: Topher's Journal
A morning of moves with no setups and then I spotted a nice setup 2 on Cable M1 and got +13pips (+1%).
I got out of the trade manually as I was happy with my 1% and the pa was not to my liking. That is me done for the day so good luck to you all.

Re: Topher's Journal
Hey Richard
Nice trade, this was my add-on position. I went long at 93 and stayed in during the pullback. Added one more same spot as you but I exited my add on at the 36th min candle and got my second one out at M5 candle trail. I had considered the first position an m5 trade after I exited the addon. Very nice morning. I'm short on EG m5 currently. Hoping it will turn in to a Daily trade =p~ since the entry level on Daily, H1 and M5 was nearly the same, but I took the m5 inner one.

Add ons are something I need to work on. For some reason I am not comfortable with them yet.

Re: Topher's Journal
A nice cable trade this morning for +11pips (+1.1%). I simply set a 10pip sl which was not at the other side of aims but was happy with the position. I moved my sl to break even after 5 pips and then to just under the new aims level at +11 which was eventually hit.

Nice work Richard.
Am I correct to assume that your pending order was at the 60min high?
