It is the nature of the market, the structure of the market that it retraces 100% during initial sprouting of the wave.... if you catch wave 1, it may retrace all the way even upto 100% to test the levels as well as your tolerance. This mechanism of selling half at 1:1 allows you to sustain those bumps. You sit tight... relaxed (relatively). while the seed tries to sprout. Breaking Ground is not an easy job. But once it does.... boy oh boy... it then starts to grow fast. ... and the stronger it grows the less it bends... (relatively shallower retracement). check this picture of GBPAUD on D1. If you too this BDC long... you had to see even over 62% retrace and sit tight. Now the TREE is mature... Nice its bearing sweet fruit...

We want to restrict the use of BDC to BDC Pinbars out of the 3 Kinds of Formations.

BDC Pin Bars (Pinocchio Bars)
The first and most powerful kind of BDC is what otherwise is knowing and popular as a Pin Bar - where price opens and closes nearly the same levels with long nose/tail. Such as... this picture. (This is the strongest one and should always be considered. Trends End on these pin bars. Great for picking the tops and bottoms.

We could if we want use the other two formations which look like his.
a. an outside engulfing candle/bar. e.g. a Bearish BDC of this type has higher high (in case of bearish candle) than immediate preceding bar and closes in the lower half of the candle and has a lower low than previous bar. A BDC Engulfing candle pattern.
b. the price gaps but closes in the lower halfo the candle/bar below the high of preceding bar.

But we need to focus on the first type only. Thats my favourite.

Tiny Profit on Swissy. I noticed the pin bar so I brought SL abit closer below AIMS levels. out with +30 - 15 = .25% gain.

Its time we put BDC's to use. And on H1 time frame we can use them. The next bit that we will add to our SEEDS are the Fruit at the top of the Tree.
