msk185 wrote:Hi just for completeness, no trades today, I was out between 11.30am and 2pm UK time but I didn't see any triggered setups.

Hopefully tomorrow will bring more fruit, good thing about this site is I can see others have not seen much today either so I dont feel so alone, if you did see setups please share as I would like to see what you saw.

Many thanks

Mike
Well done for exposing your mistakes, Mike. As for setups, I did take this trade today as soon as the purple was pierced (entered at market but I was stalking it) and got out at 20 pips on m5 support. Immy for sure wouldn't approve my entry :D , yet the legitimate entry would have been at the lower aims level on a setup 2. Keep on the good work.

Hi

It's great to see so many aimsters having a very profitable day, unfortunately no trades for me today, I was only at the screen from 7 untill 9.30 this morning and didn't see any setups except one at London open which I missed through lack of concentration and also I was unnerved by the price action on 5 min with a low test being followed by a what looked like a high test until it closed . I was then visiting my daughter when all the action occured.

Well done to everyone who bagged some pips, hopefully I will catch some tomorrow

Cheers

Hi Everyone

After a frustrating few days at last a setup. entry was after a fresh aims level above the purple.

However closed at just above breakeven as panic set in after the VE indicator started moving my stop back to its original level - not sure if anyone else has experienced this. Any way 1 pip made so not a disaster

Second trade today - maybe a little late in the day- anyway another b/e as closed this trade when price formed a new AIMS level just above my entry and then struggled to break that level. The market gave me a b/e exit so I took it, I could still be in based on trailed AIMS and no reverse dot some 10 mins later but still only 2 pips up on my entry.

I have found the past week quite frustrating as I missed the moves yesterday, but persistence coupled to patience and discipline will bring Consistency.

Price has now just hit my tgt, ah well as Immy says "Next!"

Cheers

Hi Mike

Its been the same here, quite alot of patience of discipline was required. We took the same trade as above, very frustrating in deed because it was the only trade I took today and I hit 1.4%, had my MM on 10pips. I'll share my pic in my journal!

cheers

Thanks Immy, it is really helpful seeing how you, Grant and the more experienced AIMsters are trading through this forum and the webinars this week have been great too.

I'm convinced that I've found the right place for me to succeed, just requires me to keep working at it

First trade today, I was looking for wave 5 on 1min, waited for new aims level to form after red dot then placed po under the new level.

Moved stop to b/e after price stalled and created a low test. Saved me 4 pips as price would have just taken my -4pip stop

As I type price is approaching my target (sigh). Very frustrating week, not sure if I'm closing early or not be interested in others views

Many thanks

First trade this week, entry was below blue line on 5 min, with trend on 1 min but counter trend on 5 , target was the grey line on 1 min. Moved my stop after the low test but not quick enough to get it to b/e so -0.6 pips, price did get there but would have hit my -4 pip stop first to the pip

Next!
