Re: Nikita`s journal
And finally a made a profit. Right before the weekend. It is a small victory, but it s only the begining of my m1 compaign.
Want to mention again, that in chatroom there are so many information not only for begginers but also for advanced and super-advanced traders.
If you are expirinced enough, you can match strength with Immy (23% a day). If you are not - you can always ask something, just like I always do, you will recieve an answer.

Re: Nikita`s journal
I m suffering a bit that i cant trade NYO, but cant do anything with this fact.
This session end with negative result. The final of the morning session wasnt that good for me. 2 cherry and AA - didnt workout, + IB was also a rent.
But have a whole week to work this out.
Thank to Immy for highlighting some very important moments about the Waves and trends and setups.
P.S. I was checking every enter this morning, can say, that only seed at 11:50 shouldnt be taken (cause i cancelled cherry and set PO for seed). Last seed wasnt Grant`s, but it was IB according to flow chart (new peak, pullback, new colour of ao).
This small research helped me to calm down and to stay coldminded.
Just next. Just repeat and repeat and repeat.

Re: Nikita`s journal
It's just unbelievable how indiscipline I could be. It s a shame. I really feel bad that after 1,5 with aims I still make so stupid mistakes.
This morning I made some profit and ... Don't know why decide to trade 1 hr of nyo. Exactly before ny.
All my profit gone away.
Emotionally I m 3 station from "the Zone".
But solution to this problem appear out of blue. Immy said from now on in Skype we trade only seed/cherry. I think, this is the way from abyss of my despair :ymalien:
according to Grant stats such approach is a pure magic. I mgonna find out if he is forging his trading results :-B
So, now I trade only seed/cherry/dc.
No s1, no s2, no momentum seed, no fruit, no aa, no tight box. Nothing like "it s almost seed", "in30 sec it become cherry, so enter now", "I'm not trading momentum seed, but this one looks amazing! Just an exception ".
I decided to do this cause we trade one pair, pattern And so on. But my results far from being good. Even normal. Thus I become evil. Feel myself annoyed. However I know that such path leads just into the hell fire
but I won't allow my emotions to ruin dreams that will come true.
Setups: seed/cherry/dc.
MM: 1:1 be, then trail candles (to fight with fear and greed)
Don't wish me luck, just discipline.

Re: Nikita`s journal
Hi Nikita..
You made me laugh! I know how you feel mate. I too am not a very disciplined trader like you and wishing I could be like Grant or Michael Zlabinger. However I have never ever violated my MM rules as well as moving my SL to a worst spot. I am extremely disciplined about my MM and SL. I do however make the mistakes of moving SL too near to the price or get out prematurely but I will NEVER EVER move my SL to make "room" for price etc. For me moving SL for making room is the most bullshit idea of the world as it is to add on to your losers...
I can assure you its not that hard to get over these mistakes but the problem is most of us don't know what is the mistake and those who know what is the mistake often find it easier to make, removing the problem, their goal instead of going for 1 or 2% a day profits. Imagine if a footballer was to make scoring 1 goal per match his goal while he did not know how to tackle the ball, how to pass the ball or how to hit that all important goal conversion shoot! He will have to make different goals for himself. Its true for trading as well. If you wnat to make 1% a day, you have to work on the problems of your discipline. The solution is T20. May god bless Mark Douglas' soul!
cheers

Re: Nikita`s journal
Never had problem with SL and MM, but entries and exits..
So, my T20 compaign begin today. 1/20 Cherry - BE
2/20 Seed - GFC (Grants Flow Chart) correct - due to incorrect FTM settigs it triggered "-1,2%"
3/20 Seed - GFC correct - TC (trail candles) - "+0,4%"
4/20 Seed - GFC ok - TC - "+1,7%"
5/20 Seed - GFC ok - "-1%"
6/20 Seed - GFC ok - "-1%"
7/20 Seed - GFC ok - "-1%"
Total: -1,9%
Discipline: 100%
I m blindly follow rules, try to not look at the result of every trade. Build my faith in the system brick by brick.
NO luck, just discipline.
Update:
I look at price action more close, we can see that after T5 price made a new low but eWaves - not. It were a few pips, but it was a new low, so T6 and T7 were invalid.
I d like to hear your opinion about my conclsuion. Am i right or should just "next"?

Re: Nikita`s journal
Three Things
1. Too many trades taken
2. Some trades are invalid so discipline cannot be 100%. The whole purpose of T20 is to find out how many times you are disciplined. The goal is to learn to be objectively consistent. So you must keep a DS score and strive to achieve 90% disipline. One trade was a mistake , settings of FTM that is a "mistake". discipline 0.
3. Don't blindly follow rules. Play by the rules and be vigilant and make decisions intelligently. Trade along with us in the skype don't hide away.

N,
As you asked so nicely in PM here is your answer.
Trades 5, 6 and 7
looking at the overall PA going into those trades you can see that TZ1 of that wave 5 is hit so can we reasonably expect price to go lower... Well that is a coin flip. Is it a higher probability set up. No.
trade 5 is no trade regardless of wave count. Ewaves hasn't retraced enough.
trades 6 and 7 are indeed set ups, but we have to already know an assessment of where we are in a wave count. As Immy always says work towards TZ1. In this case its been hit, so i may not have taken these 2 either. Easy in hindsight i know.
Hope this helps
Grant

Re: Nikita`s journal
Thank you Immy, Grant.
Todays chatroom session was amazingly useful for me (hope, not only for me
)
The structure. (it s a note for me, so can skip this)
Looking for clear strong move (W3) -> wait for setup (not blindly follow the rules, but also look at AO) -> wait for W4 to check the TZ1 location -> wait for new move (W5) and try to find a nicely looking setup to trade towards the TZ1, BUT if price already reach TZ1, better to stay off and wait till w5 become w3 or lookint at W5 losing the momentum and enjoy you re not in the market.
8/20 Cherry - GFC ok - as Grant mentioned that was "bad looking" setup. Everything was ok, but AO was too big. - "-0.9%"
9/20 Cherry - GFC ok - BE - "0%"
10/20 Seed - GFC ok - but it was strong R level here + TZ1 behind (RR maximum 1:1) - BE - "0%"
Total: -0,9%
Discipline: 70% (T10 shouldnt be taken)

Re: Nikita`s journal
Excellent Stuff Nikita! Thats what we look for in the market.
1.. Work towards Target zone One
2. Work according to the structure, see the structure and trade within the structure.
3. We look for symmetry in the waves. Symmetry within the impulse wave and symmetry between the two impulse waves.
The eWave peak should not be too big, the pullback must not be too small or too big. When there are micro pullbacks within an impulse wave they usually happen without putting gator to sleep. when a pull back happens and price goes through gator its a larger degree pullback.
We want to keep the structure intact! If you can't tell which way is the market going up or down, or if you can't tell which wave is it, its probably time to sit on your hands and do nothing... we did well today... many traders would have lost alot today.

Re: Nikita`s journal
Today was one of the hardest day for my discipline! But i ve endured!
One more super-important structure talk with Immy. Brilliant! (I mean Immy, he is a real gem
)
Long in short: when we see a nice move (creates a new H/L), than a pullback. We patiently wait for signal. But no signals for us - ok. Wait for the next move, that appears right after we say: "Phhh, no problems, there will be more moves and signals". But new move doesnt break the H/L and AO never shows a new peak. It means that price changed its direction - so stay away. You must be interested - what the hell is that G-spot?( B-) )
It is a spot, devoted to the Grant ( (angel) - not what you thought). Thanks to the chatroom, YD, we discussed about bad or good looking setups which ok with GFC but not ok with our vision of the market. I skipped that signal for reasons: 1) not deep enough pullback (especially seed), 2) after such move i d like to see cherry at least behind the green, better next to red line, 3) It was 2 hrs after LO, so bolatility has gone with that enormous move, that i skipped, cause i m the most disciplined trader in Russia! (angry) It was hard, but i made this.
I didnt last cherry, cause of the structure talk i mentioned above.
11/20 - cherry - GFC ok - disputable location, but i saw that market moves and such volatility make this setup - HPS - "+1.9%"
Discipline: 101%
Total: +1.9%
