Re: PaulF's Journal
Forgot to mention I use LFH Trading Simulator 3. It is the best I have come across. If anyone knows of anything better then please let me know.
You should be able to find this via Google. If not let me know and I will send it to you.

Re: PaulF's Journal
I know of one even better. A complete solution for simulation trading. I was always a fan of simulation trading (not back-testing dead charts) but never really found anything that we could use until I found Forex Tester 2. Thank You Julius for sharing this with me. Its a third party software and I have not seen anything like it before. I have bought and use it nearly every night for at least 5-10 minutes practice. After having done nearly 3years of practice I Just repeat the day's charts during evening and make some trades. If I missed some moves, I see I could catch it. If I had been telling myself off for missing a setup I get another go at it. The BEST PART= You can forward and rewind it which is simply priceless. Trading back in time. Its my favorite bit. If some of you buy it I might do some videos on how to best get the hang of it.Topher wrote:Forgot to mention I use LFH Trading Simulator 3. It is the best I have come across. Thanks for the strategy tester links Immy.
I have actually tried those in the past but still prefer LFH.

Re: PaulF's Journal
Immy - regarding Forex Tester 2, do you have a template for it that matches the AIMS Metatrader template? And can you run it so you can have M1, M5 and M15 on the screen at the same time?

Paul!
It saves a template per time frame. So you can add alligator and ao to say m15 save it as template now this template will remember indicatirs for only m15 time frame. Do this fir h1. And then arrange windows side by side in testing mode move candle with spacebar the next chart moves simultaneously. Its perfect. The surprise i wanted to share later is that we may have managed to get a aims box and aims ao indicatior for it and may even get the dots. More on yjis later.

Re: PaulF's Journal
Thursday 27th September, EU m1 short, -5. Closed at the counter dot and of course it fell off the edge of the world later. I will have to trail by AIMS levels I think.
