My thank's to Sam and Immy for their comments, gives my confidence a great boost. I had to take my daughter to the doctors ( being a man I do not like doctors waiting rooms) so I looked at the charts to distract myself . This was another trade Tuesday 12/5/2015.

Spent a couple of hours on Sunday reading some of our members journals and have to thank all members who post their journals it is of immense help and I recommend it to all members, :-bd

I agree. The two types of posts which I find most helpful are

1) visualisation of good trade setups (and exits)

2) discussion about attitudes, discipline, money management etc, which is all part of the same thing.

Other forums might discuss fundamental matters such as what the market is liable to do next, but this seems to be of little better value to me than fortune telling.


Also, often by writing something down it causes our thoughts to develop, and I wish more people would do the same, there are hundreds of paid up members, there must be far more reading the journals than contributing to them.

Comments First trade for 2 weeks due to "technical problems " sudden spike on the second trade caused me to close the trade manually so technically I did not follow my rules DS for that trade 0 so DS =2/0. My thank's to Steve (snorm ) for FTM all these trades were taken with it, great for a man with 1 functioning hand at the moment ! Still mental things to work on ( fear + greed !)
