nice trading... P & D paid off...

Second trade of the day and it was a flyer.
I put my PO 3 pips above the 15 & 60min level as the price had bounced around this area previously.
I trailed the candles by 3 pips until I was stopped out for +31pips.

6:45am - 8:00am screen time.

I have sat patiently since 8am and have just taken my first trade for a rent payment of 9pips.
5min and 60min Aims were close together so I entered 3 pips below the 60min low, unfortunately it was not to be this time (in hindsight the alligator wasn't fully asleep).

Hi Richard

I looked at this setup but declined as I had a day low support level at 13140 which i felt would act as support at first attempt to break and therefore didn't give the trade enough scope for a worthwhile risk.

Trying to learn from you about taking the best setups

I believe a bit of frustration crept in today as I have taken the day off work to soley to trade Aims and there is very little happening.
Sitting on my hands now waiting for the next good setup.

yep, not the best day, I've not traded at all today, though in part as the internet went down here, but also as I'm trying to stick to the rules and trade with much greater patience and discipline than I have been.
