1. Trade Number: 17/20 Batch 2
2. Date/Time: 10/02/2020 - Morning Session
3. Symbol/TF: Dax/1m
4. Signal Type / Direction: Short Seed
5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: I was waiting patiently for price to break the M5 range; which it did nicely and broke down in price; I saw all my rules being met. However, I noticed a halt in momentum but couldn't put my figure on what it was... Anyways went in.
6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: It was a loss; I was a bit upset, not because of the loss; because I felt like I was missing something. I posted the question in Slack and Immy pointed out to me the concept of push-pull-push; see below how the price was trying to push a few times unsuccessfully before it reversed... Anyways lesson learned; not going to change anything on rules (M5 break out, Monarch or Monarch + 1, but I am going to make sure that I enter when there is a clear push followed by a pull to get into the next push).
7. DS For this Trade: 1DS
8. DS Running Total: 82% (17/20) (14DS1 & 3DS0)
9. Result: -1R
10: Badge R: +1R (Target 10)

1. Trade Number: 18/20 Batch 2
2. Date/Time: 11/02/2020 - Morning Session
3. Symbol/TF: Dax/1m
4. Signal Type / Direction: Long Seed
5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: Traded with Immy this am; which was helpful; huge bullish bar at LO, followed by Monarch Cherry & price broke out of the range, creating a seed; I got in; seed got cancelled, cherry was created by another seed. I was chatting away on the chat and hence slighly entered the Seed a bit late.
6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: Beautiful trade; because I pulled a trigger slightly late it ended up with a Breakeven. For my next batch I am going to add a rule where I can get out when price misses 2R by a few pts.
7. DS For this Trade: 1DS
8. DS Running Total: 83% (18/20) (15DS1 & 3DS0)
9. Result: 0R
10: Badge R: +1R (Target 10)

1. Trade Number: 19/20 Batch 2
2. Date/Time: 11/02/2020 - Morning Session
3. Symbol/TF: Dax/1m
4. Signal Type / Direction: Short S1
5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: After the early move, the market reversed; a J setup brought the price down followed by a S1... Market literally had no volume and didn't move but all my rules added up so went in.
6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: Price literally did nothing and got stopped out for a Rent
7. DS For this Trade: 1DS
8. DS Running Total: 83% (19/20) (16DS1 & 3DS0)
9. Result: -1R
10: Badge R: 0R (Target 10)

1. Trade Number: 20/20 Batch 2
2. Date/Time: 11/02/2020 - Afternoon Session
3. Symbol/TF: Dax/1m
4. Signal Type / Direction: Long Seed
5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: After my learning session this morning, eager to learn this afternoon. So luckily had time and watched the market, price pulled down, and then made a strong move up before pulling back; however the market pulled back a few times; so I thought a bigger push may not happen, before price exploded out of the range... Saw the seed and took it.
6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: Again it should have been a 2R or at least 1R but took BE; when I entered the ATM setting was wrong; so had to cancel and re-enter... and also price missed my TP by a few pts and bounced back; in my next batch I am going to leave these trades at least with 1R! The only difference between this trade and the morning one was that the M5 gator was already in the green and up on the positive side; whereas in the morning the M5 entered fresh into an impulsive wave (something I have to learn from Immy further).
7. DS For this Trade: 1DS
8. DS Running Total: 85% (20/20) (17DS1 & 3DS0)
9. Result: 0R
10: Badge R: 0R (Target 10)

Given that I hadn't written my updated Trading Plan, I will include today's trade in old batch:

1. Trade Number: 20/21 Batch 2
2. Date/Time: 12/02/2020 - Morning session
3. Symbol/TF: Dax/1m
4. Signal Type / Direction: Long Seed
5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: Price was messing about in the range a little bit; then broke out; had a pull back but no signal and then went further up; seed formed and I got in. Again, something wrong with my ATM and didn't trigger (I think for the amount I had; the lot size too small to trigger); anyways entered a bit late.
6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: Should have been a 2R but ended up in Break Even; all good.
7. DS For this Trade: 1DS
8. DS Running Total: 85% (20/20) (17DS1 & 3DS0)
9. Result: 0R
10: Badge R: 0R (Target 10)

Summary of 2nd batch:
- Another crazy learning experience; the more I spend in front of the screen watching the charts; combined with the chat and advice and life trades and guidance from Immy the more I seem to get it.
- I'm still a long way away but I can see that my internal trader is building.
- I clearly prefer the LO/NYO open Hunt patterns; I like it when there is volume in the market and the market is moving; when there is no volume the 1min bars feel like years; I like it when there is action.
- I also like the fact that you know the outcome straightaway; sometimes you could walk away with 6% in 20min... and you know within minutes if successful or not;
- Don't get me wrong, S1 is still the foundation and I like it but I am only going to focus on S1 setups once there has been a hunt pattern on the M1 and subsequently there is a hunt pattern on the M5 for a S1.
- For the Hunt, I still need to get the details sorted but key considerations are:

The Hunt Seed:
-Around LO or NYO open
-Watch Price action and spot momentum (few bars up or down to confirm impulsive wave; impulsive wave around the top end of the range (for longs; shorts bottom end of range); AO will peak.
-Wait for a pullback of the compulsive wave
-Wait for Gator to be open
-Wait for Hunt Signal for Monarch trade
-Wait for price to explode (wave 3)
-Wait for price to pull back (wave 4)
-Wait for signal again for Monarch + 1 trade

Trading plan attached..

I loved your review of batch 2. Plenty of good things you hit upon and you've ended it with a process of finding a hunt signal. There is nothing more to it... just do that over and over and over ...and keep hitting targets... without goals , one achieves nothing...

No trades for me again; but good learning.

- Lobot entries
- J-Setup (only take after having tested 30-50 trades)
- PC setup; essentially C is the Wave 5 of a much smaller timeframe; before price continues in the direction of the impulsive wave; PC patter happening around Wave 2 and Wave 4.

1. Trade Number: 1/20 Batch 3
2. Date/Time: 12/02/2020 - Morning session
3. Symbol/TF: Dax/1m
4. Signal Type / Direction: Short Cherry
5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: Market moved crazy at the beginning and was dropping; it wasn't a normal drop, this only happens every few weeks; I thought market had moved too much but all other factors still added up. So I went into the cherry...
6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: It was an easy 2R & the market dropped further... Immy later explained that it was a perfect entry into the 5th wave of the 3rd.
7. DS For this Trade: 1DS
8. DS Running Total: 100% (1/20) (1DS1 & DS0)
9. Result: 2R
10: Badge R: 2R (Target 10)
