trades from Friday were as follows. i stopped trading for the week as i was just slightly annoyed for the immensely bad trade that was trade 3 :

For last week i finished at +6.8 pips from 11 trades (4 wins, 6 rents, 1 BE)

Afternoon,

AS you will have no doubt realised i have taken a hiatus from posting in here to concentrate on my trading which due to a torn tendon in my left shoulder is full time as i'm off work.

I read the skype chat and apologies for my silence but as i said i want to chart watch rather than chat watch to get the most out of this full time period.

That said here is a trade that i took just now, its my only AIMS trade today, entry above m5 at 1.2767 and exit at 1.2782 (the daily R2 1.2784) for +15. A pic is below.

afternoon folks,

just wanted to write a quick note to you all....

Over the course of the year my trading has been good which i put down to 3 things :

• 1. i have an entry and trade management technique that works
  2. i have mostly maintained discipline and patience
  3. most importantly i have a 2 great groups of trading buddies that keep me on the straight and narrow.... the first are the guys i speak with daily and the second are the guys that read my journal and ask questions.

to that end i will restart posting my trades when i return on 7th January so that i can continue my journey knowing i am being watched for those dumb ass moments .... (rofl)

Finally Charlotte, my kids and i wish you all a very peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable christmas and a pip filled new year...

As promised i am starting my journal back up and before i post todays effort a couple of things to note:

1. I trade the flow chart rules only (except trade 2 today DOH... lol)
2. I am very very conservative
3. I have changed my initial risk so 1% is equal to 11 pips (it was 13 pips)

SO today i had 4 trades which were:

1. 0
2. -5
3. +12
4. +12

Total +19 ( +1.73%)
