Screen time:
London Open session 8:45 - 11:00 (GMT+2 DST) M1/M5 DAX only - LIVE

DAX moved very well again and today was able to catch a bigger bite out of it.

First time since months that I hit my daily TP. After that I stopped active trading and was just watching and chatting.
Trade 1 - Seed:
SL = 12.2p = 1R, TP = 54.3p = 4.5R (below mTZ1)
Exit: SL at BE after 1R level hit
Result: BE = +/-0R
DS = 1

Trade 2 - Monarch Cherry:
SL = 14.0p = 1R, TP = 28.0p = 2R (above mTZ1)
Exit: init TP
Result: +28.0p = +2R
DS = 1

Trade 3 - Cherry:
SL = 7.3p = 1R, TP = 14.6p = 2R (above mTZ1 of w5 of w3)
Exit: init TP
Result: +14.6p = +2R
DS = 1

Trade 4 - Classic + Classic add on:
SL = 10p + 10 p = 1R + 1R
TP = 38.2 + 17.4 = 3.8R + 1.7R (above TZ1 of w5)
Exit: Trailing Candles/Counter Fruit
Result: +27.8p + 6.9p = +34.7p, +2.8R + 0.7R = +3.5R
DS = 1

Today's result: +77.3p = +7.5R, DS = 4 / 4, 2.25 hrs

Screen time:
London Open session 8:45 - 11:00 (GMT+2 DST) M1/M5 DAX only - LIVE

Today DAX offerd loads of opportunities during LO session again but I wasn't able to take full advantage of it. Espacially Trade 2 campaign was exited prematurely.

Trade 1 - Classic LO breakout:
Was nice S1-like Classic breakout in direction of M5. Unfortunately it spiked up and down and kicked init SL.

Classic, SL = 10p = 1R, TP = 20p = 2R
Exit: init SL
Result: -10p = -1R
DS = 1

Trade 2 - Classic + Seed add on:
After Trade 1 failed, there was some rectangle range. At first there was price action which made me place a short PO below range but as range remained intact and my bias was still more long, I placed a PO above the range into potential w5 as well with TP some points below TZ1 which was nicely but not too far away from entry level. After the long position was triggered with style, I deleted short PO.
It went up strongly, passing even 3R level before it went into proper pullback. There I took a Seed as addon to init position. I like handling a campaign as one trade, so I placed SL of Seed below AIMS instead of candle where it was the same as init position.
So far, so good. In hindsight, analysis and entries were nearly perfect but here's the bad part of the campaign:
I wanted to let the campaign run to TP (7.6R possible) or exit by trailing green gator or opposite AIMS level. But I wanted to give it enough room so I wanted to trail whatever gives more room. Unfortunately my mental strenght wasn't big enough to stick to that plan when there showed up a strong counter Fruit with some reasonable divergence (see screenshot). That urged me to play save and I exited the campaign by trailing candle which closed below green. AIMS level was only 3p lower and would have shot the campaign to the sky.
All in all exiting by trailing green gator was ok and according to my plan, but due to some protective impulses, it paid only a fraction (2.3R) of what was actually possible (7.6R) and already prepared to pick up. I have to keep an eye on that.

Classic + Seed add on
SL = 10p + 8.2p = 1R + 1R
TP = 47p + 23.7p = 4.7R + 2.9R (below mTZ1)
Exit: trailing green gator
Result: +23.4p + 0p = +2.3R
DS = 0 due to anxious exit handling

After the wave went into a corrective w4, I took a break which was longer than planned. During my break I got a phone call which urged me to some office work. I left charts early and therefore I missed that awesome Adam's Apple at 11:44 with a couple of add ons. Potential profit was massive (at least +10R) with that campaign, which is a picture book example of possible AA campaigns.

Today's result: +13.4p = +1.3R, DS = 1 / 2, 2.25 hrs

Choppy LO session which I escaped with no major losses due to our rock solid systems.

Today's result: +/-0p = 0R, DS = 1 / 1, 2.25 hrs

Result of week 15, 11.04.-15.04.2016 - M1/M5 live:
Mon. 11.04. +27.4p = +2.9R, DS = 4/4, 2.25 hrs, M1/M5
Tue. 12.04. +77.3p = +7.5R, DS = 4/4, 2.25 hrs, M1/M5
Wed. 13.04. +13.4p = +1.3R, DS = 1/2, 2.25 hrs, M1/M5
Thu. 14.04. +/-0p = +/-0R, DS = 1/1, 2.25 hrs, M1/M5
Fri . 15.04. no trading
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Result ...... 118,1p = +11,6R (with compounding), DS = 9/11 (81%), 9.00 hrs

Good result but DS should've been better.

Tue. April 19, 2016

Screen time:
London Open session 8:45 - 11:00 (GMT+2 DST) M1/M5 DAX only - LIVE

Was a very smooth session where DAX moved strongly but rather evenly and unfolded very clear structure on M1, M5 and even H1.

Trade 1 - Adam's Apple
was one minute before LO into very potential w5 as w3 was obviously gap at FO. It simply failed and hit init SL.

After that there were a couple of canceled POs with which I tried to catch the down-move if it moves further in breakout direction. It didn't and the previously mentioned w5 up had been initiated.

Trade 2 - Classic breakout:
After price crossed purple and a nice Monarch AO (without signal) showed up, I tried to catch the w5 at the break of AIMS. SL of 10p was a bit too tight for that attempt and got hit. Next.

Trade 3 - Classic breakout:
I was still very confident to catch that clearly developing w5 up. Therefore I gave it another try at the next Classic AIMS-break. This time it worked out and it went into a very nice and steady up move.
After 2R was passed, I handed over trade management to ATM which guided the trade to +86p=+8.6R by trailing AIMS levels. Very nice and effortless.

Trade 1: Adam's Apple, SL = 9.2p = 1R, Result: -9.2p = -1R, DS = 1
Trade 2: Classic, SL = 10p = 1R, Result: -10p = -1R, DS = 1
Trade 3: Classic, SL = 10p = 1R, Result: +86p = +8.6R, DS = 1
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Today's result: +66.8p = +6.4R, DS = 3/3, 2.25 hrs

Thank you Dave for your kind words. I'm happy to have re-found and confirmed my very personal trading approach now after that very educational and revealing The Hunt challange of recent 4 months.

Screen time:
London Open session 8:45 - 11:15 (GMT+2 DST) M1/M5 DAX only - LIVE

Was a busy LO session. DAX offerd good structure but movement was a bit jaggy therefore the trades didn't work out too well. But I stayed disciplined and didn't interfere after POs got triggered, espacially at Trade 6 (see screenshot) ATM exited by trailing AIMS as price remained in the range instead of breaking it.

Trade 1 - LO breakout:
SL = 10p = 1R, TP = 20p = 2R
Exit: init SL
Result: -10p = -1R, DS = 1

Trade 2 - LO breakout:
SL = 10p = 1R, TP = 20p = 2R
Exit: SL to BE after 1R level got hit
Result: BE = +/-0R, DS = 1

Trade 3 - Cherry:
SL = 8.2p = 1.13R (1p slippage), TP = 14.4p = 1.75R
Exit: init SL
Result: -8.2p = -1.13R, DS = 1

Trade 4 - Seed:
SL = 8.8p = 1R, TP = 17.6p = 2R
Exit: SL to BE after 1R level got hit (TP missed by 0.2p) ;-)
Result: BE = +/-0R, DS = 1

Trade 5 - Seed (Monarch-style):
SL = 7.2p = 1R, TP = 14.4p = 2R
Exit: init SL
Result: -7.2p = -1R, DS = 1

Trade 6 - Cherry:
SL = 9p = 1R, no hard TP
Exit: Trailing AIMS by ATM
Result: +16.1p = +1.8R, DS = 1

Today's Result: -9.3p = -1.4R, DS = 6 / 6, 2.50 hrs

The day opened with big candles in both directions what made me confident that it will become a strong moving session after it's breakout. It didn't happen and went into a choppy, tightening range through the complete session but our system and sticking to it kept me from doing harm to my account. I came out with only 2 minor rents at the attempts catching the LO breakouts and a BE at a good Cherry after breaking out of the range.

Trade 1:
LO breakout, SL = 10p = 1R, no TP
Exit: init SL
Result: -10p = -1R, DS = 1

Trade 2:
LO breakout (2nd attempt), SL = 10p = 1R, no TP
Exit: init SL
Result: -10p = -1R, DS = 1

Trade 3:
Cherry, SL = 9.8p = 1R, no TP
Exit: SL to BE when 1R hit
Result: BE = +/-0R, DS = 1

Today's result: -20p = - 2R, DS = 3 / 3, 2.25 hrs
