EUR/USD

61 Pips at the Risk of 20 and 0 Pips at the risk of 20. I moved SL to Entry level of add on. The add on was based on the BDB/pin bar type candle which was not really supposed to be taken for 2 reasons 1.The distance between first entry price and the add on was too large, making the average price worse. 2. There was no Seed or AIMS breakout. But I took it as an M15 setup to catch Wave 5. And it did Wave 5. as seen on the m15 picture.

Please also check pictures from earlier this day in this post before looking at the pictures below.

Grant!

The BDC candles/bars are usually bigger than The Seed Bars. In most cases it would mean smaller lot sizes which could reduce the over profitability of the wave/trade/campaign. So there is a choice in here. Personally, I would not sell half for The Fruit entries, because often the Stop losses will be big enough to give enough room for the trade to breath. Bigger Stop Losses will mean smaller lots. so selling half may smooth the equity curve but dent the overall profit factor. Having said that, 1;1 close 50% gives you a great psychological advantage.

I just Did! (hug) I think I posted more than 10 charts today with plenty of explanation on top of the charts and in text format. The first two posts of this thread are The Seed and The Frut Strategy. I would like this information to be available to our AIMS members only. Previously our pdf was distributed "generously" all over the world. So there is no pdf this time.

I hope you understand!

QUOTE:
Moreover, if you took a Seed entry and The Criteria for Fruit was correct, it would mean your seed entry was taken at the wrong spot in the market. We take the SEED on Swing highs in downtrend and swing low in up trend. For seed you want the market to pull back to gator for Fruit we the market to pull away from gators.
I'll put more emphasis on this

The Correct Spot for The Seed = Price Pulls back to Gator or just halts a bit = Trade is a Breakout Trade In the direction of the Trend.
The Correct Spot for The Fruit = Price Pulls AWAY from Gator creating rubber band effect and when AO is peaking for Wave 3 or Wave 5 or its showing End of Wave 4.

Immy i think i got it right but can you support your's sentence with exact example frome the chart? I know you're busy but as I said i'm not native speaker of english i want to make double sure i got it right.

Explanation: The Seed is a consolidation candle pattern within a confirmed trend.
The Fruit is a counter trend entry and we take it when price pulls away from the gator lines as explained in the second post of this thread, or when we establish that the wave might be over, e.g. in an up trend: top of Wave 3 and wave 5, bottom of Wave 2 and 4.
So if you took a trend entry using breakout of the Seed, while the criteria was correct for The Fruit entry, or it became a fruit shortly afterwards, you may want to get out of the seed with or without profit and may want to reverse your positions if the conditions are right.

Immy: The above is quite clear I think, but I think after today's update to the first 2 posts of this thread, the above should be quite clear. e.g. this picture shows ver qood example of where you would take The Seed using a confirm trend. The first two Seed entries show spots where trends have been confirme,d price broke on in the first instance and then created a sideways consolidation, in the second instance it broke out of range and retested the range, very good pattern, its very nice to catch an IB just after a breakout, and in the third you see IB, The Seed, right at a swing high in a downtrend. Check htis picture please http://www.itradeaims.net/forum/downloa ... &mode=view" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Hi Immy,
I noticed you mention other time frames for The Fruit, however I only seem to get arrows on the 1Hour,
is there a reason for this

Hi Kooky,

Please post a picture of the problem. moreover, can you please check if you have the latest build of mt4.

Meanwhile I received another such query. so I'll cut and paste here from Mea
Hi Immi
i like to ask you a Q:
1. why is it that when I try to change TF ( timeframe) in the V 1.5 this dose not work
2. why do i not get any arrow or dots in my charts from Seed 1.5
thanks
mea
Mea. Please post a picture of your chart and make sure you have the latest build of MT4. If you don't know how to check build please click on Help then About in your MT4 platform menu at the top.

ps: have you put installed the indicator correct?
cheers
