Michal,
you can switch on Easy Order the "risk based" option on or off. To switch it off, right-click on Easy Order window and check off "Risk Based", then you can type in your desired lot size.

Sometimes, IMO, it's faster to place PO directly on your chart with a right-click on the position of the chart where you want to place it. Therefore the standard poition size and "One Click Trading" can be set in the "Trade" tab of MT4's Options Menu (Ctrl+O)

In my opinion, trading fixed lot sizes gives more reliable results over the time and is easier to handle as we can really take an avg. SL of 15 Pips as a good approximation (my stats say 14.73p at mor than 400 trades in the 3 months).

BTW watching your trades from YD, I think, your initial main entries are really ok. What helped me on early stage of M1 fruit trading was to focus more on exits rather than on further entries. I often felt, and sometimes still feel unsure what the best exit might be, as I often write in my journal. E.g., to keep up comfortability if I'm completly undecided then I close add on at fruit and re-enter add on at break of fruit. To get a feeling for particular market and time frame, one tool is really invaluable to me and that's Forex Tester 2. Even the free version has Fractals, Alligator and AO built in but you are restricted in chart time-period (one month from yesterday backwards, so not the actual day) and program running time (ony one hour simulation time in a piece). If I'm not happy with my trading on a session, I simulate it later with FT2. That really helped and helps me and gained confidence a lot.

IMHO, fruit trading is really worth struggling through.

But all the above said are just my 5 cents ;-)

Cheers
Michael

Thx Michael you're my star ! (rofl) Im switching to lot based( that's great) I still wil use easy order as i feel with it like it's original part of mt4 for me. I guess was using it too long. So dont want to change to much.
And one more thing i do appreciate you went through my trades and will appreciate even more if when i post them you feel welcome to put not 5 not 10 but even your 20 cents :) as i always think i good when somebody else can mark your mistakes. So thx for that ! :-bd

Hi to everyone I've been doing some changes to my trading and decided not to trade Demo but my live account with tiny position size. ( So i dont get affected by losses). I was trading demo and had a bit of struggle with hit like freezing , dissapearing trades without even stop loss hit so i said im done with it.

Ok so my trading hours 1pm uk time- 4.30 pm
Pips Result: +54

This was my first day on live account trading that and i must say i did enjoy it. At some point i felt like im taking to much trades but than it might be that im sitting too long on charts. There so much to improve but you will see it yourself in my trades... well :) im a slow learner . If anyone suggest less time let me know and i will apply it. The only sessions i can trade are new york.

Let's this journey begin :) - I dont know how many journeys i've began already since i started trading Aims but i guess for me it takes more time to find what's best for me. I hope this is my last change of way of trading

Good You've mentioned it yourself. YOu seem to be doing perfectly fine with one thing and 2 weeks (sometimes 2 days later) you come up with another plan. You have to stick to one thing. Well done anyway.

Analysis of your chart: a bit to hectic yes fine... but if you continue doing this during the volatile days i won't be surprised if you catch 200+ pips.
