Welcome to the world of the (wink) higher time frames... ahem... (its funny we call these higher time frames... ) indeed, time is relative ...

you'd rather go with h1/h4 instead of m15/h1... the less work the better. actually in skype we all trade h4 now... :) it covers both D1 and H1. allows more time for "life" to happen and you are able to cover the entire forex market.
