Re: Grants Journal
What a Great Result!
An Average of 10% a month means you can covert 10K account into a 1Million in little over 2 years. Now that would be nice wont it?
You are on your way to a good retirement. I am sooooo happy for you Grant. Keep em coming.
May you have the best in life..... the best of the best that is even beyond your wildest imaginations!

Re: Grants Journal
Hi everyone,
Day off today for trading but was a lot of big news out and the ECBs new chairmans 1st press conference around NYO. Managed a couple of nice trades in London am, then the news and press conference killed trading for me as it seemed that the initial SLs were always a little big.
My trades were:
1. +11
2. +36
Total +47 (+3.6%)
Trade records and pics below.
Cheers

Re: Grants Journal
I received a pm from a member asking how i choose my targets.
whilst i find the exits to be the hardest part of trading i have attached a couple of pics.
In the m15 chart you will see:
Daily pivots (labeled as necessary)
yellow MA is m15 200 EMA
green MA is h4 200 EMA
aqua MA is h1 200 EMA
orange lines are h1 AISM levels
lime green lines are h4 AIMS levels (obviously are h1 levels as well)
white lines are daily AIMS levels (which are h4 and h1 levels as well)
green dotted line NYO price
yellow dotted line LO price
red dotted line TO price
the h1 chart is exactly the same but with only the h1 200 EMA and an ADR indy that shows where the 5 day range will be met for that day. it also shows more aims levels
as i said exiting i find hardest, but using these lines/indies in conjunction with the Fib expansion tool i can see where price may stall/bounce next... It may of course not stall/bounce and keep going after the TP is hit... if it does keep going so be it... therewas a valid reason to get out of the market..
the 2nd trade i took today was a good example, target was 1.3790 2 pips below the daily R1 pivot, price got to within 0.3 of a pip before reversing (i exited manually at 1.3789). A trailing SL (5 candle) would have made 11 pips less, nearly 1%
hope this helps
cheers

Re: Grants Journal
Hi everyone,
Was off work today and looking forward to some trading...
Unfortunatley no one had told the EU, so i have sat for a couple of hours at LO and then again from NYO to London close and not taken a single trade...
I have never known a day like it since trading the AIMS way on the M1 charts...
Oh well, tomorrow is another day as they say..
cheers
Grant
