I read your review. It was enchanting.

My 2 cents

1. Don't start trading seed signals. WAIT and OBSERVE.
2. Don't trade both at any time of the day. DAX at LO US30 at NEO. Trade ONE MARKET. you are being tunnel visioned. These markets are moving due to geo-political catalysts. They won't move like this all the time. Then you will not understand what happened and you will doubt your trading abilities. The 10 years of m1 data test, shows that US30 works during US session, first h1. and DAX first 2 hrs of LO.
3. Don't allow yourself the F it mentality. This is a dangerous thing. Be worried, be nervous, and accept it. With time, the severity of worry and nervousness will reduce. But without it, we don't work at peak levels. The fact that you get nervous or worry, means, YOU CARE. F it mindset is dangerous for traders. i do get what you mean

ps: you should not changing anything to make it better. IF you could simply do what you have done in the last 60 trades and make it your habit, you will NOT need anything else in life. this will fix everything.

moreover.... if you trade m5, you can trade all three all day long (whenever the setup is valid). M1 takes advantage of volatility breakouts.

YES fo has broken a tight TR long. Still within a tall M5 range.


KEY Levels are set. Will keep plotting m1 levels as they form but need a break of M5 high or low first.

Did you trade the plan?

Yes, I didn’t get sucked in to setups that were not part of my plan. There was a couple of breakouts but no bannana setup for me followed. A bit annoying.

Yes, was happy with my analysis.

Question asked in discord about seeds.

Bored. I Stayed far too long for what the market was doing.

Saw this. 

It is DS1, but not the best. volume low, consolidation before the break would have been better. m5 channeling a bit. missed tp by spread. annoying. 2r would have been done easy. nevermind. Next.

levels set for awareness, levels set for potential target zones.

Fully aware of the m5 highs lows and swings. I do not have to be scared of these levels left. 

Keeping this short as I have minimal time today.

THE FEELING OF GOING LIVE IS THERE. I NEED TO GO LIVE TO DEAL WITH THE EMOTIONS OF LIVE TRADING HEAD ON. IT IS THE ONLY WAY. It will be happening soonish.... I want some more 3r action first to get used to that. 

BATCH 6 TRADE 11 - DS1 - 3R - AWARE OF LEVELS LEFT. CALCULATED RISK 1R TO BE. I'm taking it. It's fresh momentum at the open. I know it is within M5.

BATCH 6 TRADE 12 - DS1 -1R. EASY TO TAKE THIS SITTING ON 3R.... Must admit, I did not particularly read m1 price action on this. I just took the signal and where it was. I did look at M5 and they were nice candles. I don't need to know what price will do next to make Rs.

I have removed my previous ds1 seed trade from earlier in the batch. that is not ds0. As I classified my morning seed trade as DS0 it is only fair....

 YES  KEY Levels are set.

Did you trade the plan?  Aware seeds are DS0. otherwise yes.

c) How did you physically feel?

Obviously I wanted the trades to work out. They did not. I simply cannot feel anything on demo anymore.  Feels dangerous.

   DS Running Total: 11/14 (3 ds0’s are seed trades. Technical DS0s for me.) 

I am not trading now for a while. taking a holiday. So I will not be active on here for about 2 weeks, but it will be a good opportunity to reflect on the past 3 months.

No trading for me today. I have setup live account ready for return of holiday. Needs to be done now to switch my focus back on and to start emotional management.

I have gone back through my spreadsheet tracker and altered the balance to a small initial deposit. whatever the balance of this is to date, is what I will deposit. 2 reasons. 1, Makes the time I have already spent relative to me, but more importantly. 2, I am not simply 'starting a fresh' and building up a stats database again. I can continue to trade with the probability mindset of MY interpretation and MY stats of how I am the strategy are performing.

One thing I am going to do at some point is go back through all my journal trades and work out whether 2r or 3r target is best for me. Simply out of curiosity.

I have done this now actually.

I look at all my screenshots and recorded the difference between each exit strategy. 

The compressed results are this:

BATCH 1. +2R difference with 3R TP.
BATCH 2. -1R difference with 3R TP.
BATCH 3. SAME
BATCH 4 so far. +3R difference with 3R TP.

TOTAL 74 trades reviewed.

3R TP would have given me +4R growth more than taking 2R TP. *

*this includes my DS0 trades. These are based on my trades only. 

What does this tell me?

DO NOT GET KICKS OUT OF TAKING 3RS BECAUSE IT IS A BIGGER WIN THAN A 2R. 

DO NOT GET PISSED OFF AT LEAVING 3RS ON THE TABLE IF YOU MISS THEM TAKING 2RS. 

OVER THE LONG RUN, PROBABILITY SAYS IT'S ROUGHLY THE SAME OUTCOME ANYWAY. THE SYSTEM IS STILL A WINNING SYSTEM, WITH GREAT RESULTS. 

STICK TO ONE EXIT STRATEGY AND LET PROBABILITY DO THE REST. GET THE ENTRY CORRECT AND THE EXITS WILL LOOK AFTER THEMSELVES. **

** this doesn't include letting them run...... that could be an interesting review to do. I will continue to track the 2r or 3r outcomes until batch 5 is complete.

Hey, not for funded just for me baby steps! Not looking at getting funded at the moment. I’ll never say never, but my dream is to grow a small account into something worthwhile for the future. 

I’ll be live after my holiday Seems the natural thing to do. Take the break, get focused, come back with new purpose
