Re: Tomi's friendly market journal
Thanks for your frank appraisal of this morning's experience when you lost 15 pips in 3 goes, with trades of about 20 minutes 10 mins and 10 mins.
Much the same here.
We just got sucked in, I would say for following the rules, but chewed up in whipsaw
I hope you get your 15 pips back double soon!

I wish more people would come on here to share something on their journals

1% daily gain, compounded for 250 trading days, (approximately one year) would produce 1103% account growth[/center]

a mental one
I started to watch more closely M5 AO and if it's losing momentum I could stay out and get rid of some of the whipsaw. But.......as I'm trading only setup 1's and when M5 alligator is open, I have a problem as there aren't that much trades available. Please see the following sample just about now.
In M1 everything looks very good, but in both cases M5 AO is going back to ZL until the setup has gone already. So basically in order for me to catch these moves, I have to enter to trade when M5 AO is losing momentum. These are basically the trades I'm waiting: M5 alligator open, M1 setup 1 occurring.
Just a tought that either
a) I can't put too much focus on M5 AO
b) I have to take setup 2's also
c) start trading breakout trades
d) just be patience and wait for the setups that are for me
e) stop analyzing too much, get experience and trade
At the moment I'm trying to do d) and e)
Enough for now. Got to get the kid from the school
I'll just say this...
Both were perfect Setups!

No chart time today. Kid is having an autumn holiday week and most likely I don't have chart time at all this week. Have fun for those who trade!
