You have all the time in the world dear Jasmien... give your journal 30 minutes a day... PERIOD... GIVE IT ... GIVE It... it will turn you into a profitable trader... saying it in public... I hope this has an effect on you...
ps: I mean follow the Template for recording trades... write your thoughts... talk about what you saw, what you thought, what you are thinking now... be vulnerable if you have to be... its ok... no one will judge you... we are all in it together...
