Batch 4 Trade 19

Unread post by peszt1 »

1. Trade Number: 19
2. Date/Time: 18.12.
3. Symbol/TF: Dax m1
4. Signal Type / Direction : LOBOT S2/Long

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: I started to like S2 setups and it is easier now to recognise them. This was right after LO.

6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: It turned out to be BE, which was a bit annoying, because price continued after it.

7. DS For this Trade: 1
8. DS Running Total: 17/19

Batch 4 Trade 20

Unread post by peszt1 »

1. Trade Number: 20
2. Date/Time: 18.12.
3. Symbol/TF: Dax m1
4. Signal Type / Direction : S2/Short

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: After the morning (BE and missed entries) I hoped to get a good trade in the afternoon. It came and I was quite happy to take it. I start to like s2s.

6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: It was a long trade, at least it felt that way on m1, and it was very difficult to hold, although I think I had no real reason to be afraid, price was going down in steps, which is normal. After hitting 2R I was so proud that I managed to wait for it. This is a great end to my 4th Batch.

7. DS For this Trade: 1
8. DS Running Total: 18/20

I know and I am working on it. I find it really hard to wait that long. Of course, sometimes it is reached within 2 min, in these cases its not hard..:) Another aspect is that this week I had about 5 BE trades out of which 4 reached 1R. So I feel I wasted 4R while waiting for 2R to be reached and this is not a good feeling.

Let's pave the way to using as less indicators as possible. Hence It would be best to simply stick to the 3 or 4 we have here... Your chart looks awfully busy...

I have a rule. An indicator must have its specific rules and criteria embedded into my trading strategy overall and it should give me an edge. Otherwise, It deserves the boot.

Yes, true, that is a candlestick indicator that I was testing last week, but I have already removed them. Other than that there are pivot lines and BRN lines, but those are very useful for me, so I wouldnt like to remove them, they help me a lot.

Batch 5 Trade 1

Unread post by peszt1 »

1. Trade Number: 1
2. Date/Time: 21.12.
3. Symbol/TF: Dax m1
4. Signal Type / Direction : LOBOT S1/Short

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: I had mixed feelings, because at LO price can be quite messy sometimes, so I expected this S1 to be ruined, but I still could not miss it either, so I was willing to risk that 1R to see if it works or not.

6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: I was very happy, because it worked and I was able to wait for 2R to be reached..:)

Batch 5 Trade 2

Unread post by peszt1 »

1. Trade Number: 2
2. Date/Time: 22.12.
3. Symbol/TF: Dax m1
4. Signal Type / Direction : LOBOT box breakout/Long

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: Price broke out of m5 box and there was a tight consolidation on m1, so I took the box break.

6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: ATM got me out with box trail, small rent. Other days at LO this setup worked many times, so I didnt feel it was a bad entry.

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: I saw an opportunity for an s2 entry, so I took it. However, I felt that momentum was not really there.

6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: I was right, no momentum. By this time I had realised that there is no point in trading today.
