Evening,

Being a full time trader has its mental challenges... Being a part time trader has all of these as well as a few more.

Today was my part time trading worst nightmare and some....

I missed Mondays and Tuesdays great sessions and Wednesday i could trade both sessions to a degree and although positive wasn't quite as great.

I'm back on call tomorrow, so today was my last day this week to trade both sessions. With that in my mind i sat down this am and already subconsciously was thinking that I must make this worthwhile...

Trade 1 although a set up according to the flow chart was not a trade, but i took it.... rent.

So even more pressure on the last session i can trade this afternoon...

Where i think i took 3 good entries, ok trade 4 wasn't great and so hit my session max SL. I haven't done that in a long time.. Pm range for when i was watching was 40 points which just about says it all....

Nothing i can do about it but dust myself off and go again when i get screen time.

I think you played well. Nothing wrong with that. The most important thing is that you trade only 4 times and you stopped when your session/day stop was hit. That is good disciplined trading and i'd like to congratulate you on that. I've seen guys losing all their months profits on days like those. so coming out with a minor setback is a victory!

have a great weekend buddy!

G, I m a little glad, that you had that day.
1st - it shows that you re a human as we all there. Because reading your journal provoke my mind to ask myself - why are you not doing this and that, like G do. Your MM and flow chart have already saved so much money for every person in this forum, that I m still have no idea how human being can create that! So pat your self and buy a medal. You can make mistake! Give yourself that privilege! But frankly speaking I don't see any mistakes. Setups were ok.
2nd - you must be glad that you are able to do mistakes. It means you have room to grow! It s not your limit. You not on the finish line!
Hope you get what I wanted to say!
Who says we cannot predict, you can, thats not a problem, problem is how you react after you've predicted. (c) Immy

so to the week......

Can say i have had better, but at the same time i have had worse... Pic attached.

Have had the weekend to look over what i was doing (both right and wrong) and after a chat with Immy I, like him, have decided to drop both AA's and momentum seeds.

It doesn't mean these entries don't work, AA's do work nicely (ask Kyle) but in my case I still prefer following the trend and not picking tops or bottoms of corrections. As for MIB's, when i have time i will work on better rules that will hopefully mean a better strike rate.

anyways here is to a great week.
