I would like to show you my TiTZ. (.)(.)
I found an old pdf. copy of this hidden away. I always advise buying the hard copy and supporting the author but for those that want to get started here is an electronic copy.
As Immy has mentioned on this part of the forum, please read it, then read it again. Keep reading this , consider it your companion.
This book should be nailed to every trading strategy ever devised by man as Chapter 1 with the caveat that reads "Do not proceed to chapter 2 under any circumstances without a clear and demonstrable understanding of Chapter 1"
I hope you enjoy it and truly embrace the wisdom therein.
Cheers

Re: Trading In The Zone by Mark Douglas
I have done similar Bambino,
I initially downloaded it, but thought it was really insightful and useful for me, so I purchased a hard copy of it

Excellent. You won't regret it. Immy has a post at the beginning of his journal containing the fundamental principles of this book. He probably has them tattooed on his forehead !!! Metaphorically speaking of course :-bdazadar wrote:I have read it only once but plan on reading it again and again as I get more serious with my trading in the near future

Hi Bambino,
Thanks very much for the book.
I wish, I had read it before I started trading in 2006.
anyway, better late than never.
Thanks once again, and keep up the good work.

Re: Trading In The Zone by Mark Douglas
You're welcome.
I believe every trading system ever created should come with this attached. I have mentioned it before but if you don't have this right FIRST then you shouldn't open your wallet. It sounds like you have had such an experience. Always look forward though. If you have burned an account consider it start up costs/overheads. We have all been down some dark roads on our journey I am pretty sure. But focus on the future.
You will find this forum and the people on it very forthright and helpful. I have yet to experience any ego at all. There'a a sense we are all on the same journey so what is offered is always offered with the right intention.
Currently there are a dozen or so people who are very active contributors to this site forum and in the chat room which I personally have only started using myself recently. I would make the effort to listen and learn from them. No matter how old or experienced you are you can always be humble enough to learn from someone else's experience and perspective.
We are all learning on here !
Cheers
