Where Does the Wave 4 End? How to Trade Apple?

We were discussing something about how to trade the Apple. The apple trade is spotted at the end of Wave 4. So the question is what are the variables or rules that we can use to increase our odds of spotting the end of wave 4.

We know the following 2 rules.
1. 8 out of 10 times wave 4 will end within 38% and 50% fib retracement levels taken using the current Wave 3.

and

2. 8 out of 10 times wave 4 will come and touch the region of wave 4 within the current wave 3.

Though it is bit old and no responses yet, let me try

3 is not a 3, if it forms after a 3 Or if it has any Divergence.
4 is not a 4 if it violates purple(above purple, if 3 down and 4 is moving up; below purple, if 3 up and 4 is moving down)
5 is not a 5, if it outgrows 3.
