This is awesome stuff, rapid learning is abolutly amazing.
Malcolm Gladwell rule about 10.000 is only to become a master in a specific field. However learning time can be shortend, also really depend on what skill level is desired. Tim Ferris also has a proces for rapid learning which is almost the same as that of Kaufman. He also has a TED talk about is (
He even has a whole show made of how to master poker, playing music, swimming and all sort of sonsens in a week. This show really expanded my mind what is possible.
(http://fourhourworkweek.com/2013/05/20/ ... echniques/)

Ferris proces in the book 4 hour chef, he calls this the DSSS principle:
1) Decontruct: what are the minimal learning blocks and where should I start;
2) Selection: Focus on the 20% which will produce 80% of the succes (pareto principle);
3) Sequence: what sequence do I have to practice the learning blocks;
4) Stakes: How do I set up the stakes too create consequences and guarantee I follow the program.

He also gives tips CafE principle
Compression: cut out the 80 procent which not contribute ont the 20% succes.
Frequency: practices 1 learning block often at the best times of the day for the desired skill
Ecoding: How do I create mental anchors & tricks to make sure I remember stuff? CaFE and DiSSS are great examples :)

If you want books about this topic or other question feel free to PM me.
Trading is a pattern recognition game. As traders we make decisions in an uncertain environment. Anything can happen. We trade the setups with the highest probility and reflect on our trades in samplesizes of 20. It is our job to keep our mind(s) focused, relaxed, enjoyed and to trust ourself in the proces of staying diciplined to our trading plan. We plan our trade and then trade our plan.
