Nice one Michal... looking forward to a daily update... Just make sure you don't update it during the session rather utilise the time between the sessions. Make sure you include as many pictures and record your emotions and feelings about the trade. your predictions followed by whether you got it wrong or write etc.
I'll be watching buddy... Lets have fun ... and hey when you complete your First Batch You will get a nice cool badge that says, HUNT Stage 1. :)

I started to recording my thoughts for each trade and basically whatever is going through my mind. Its for personal review as for others it will be most likely boring and s... stuff:). I know already about the cross on Ao.All this was written at the time while in trade so want to keep it honest and not touch it at all once written.

Trade 5 : Cherry DS- 1 Total 5/5

This trade took a little bit longer to show its result. At the time of this trade I had few second where I start thinking whether is all correct or if I missed anything. But quickly I realised whats going on and said it out loud. You've done GOOD job because you traded your setup. STOP over-thinking.

Trade 6 : S1 Ds-1 Total 6/6

That's the first S1 trade on m1 after brake I had. I saw pullback m5 was looking good. There was no fresh cross on AO which would be ideal. But still S1. All emotions are where there should be so far. Just need to clarify whether we need fresh cross or not. My rules are saying on AO: close to zero or fresh cross. So I've done my job. It doesn’t matter it turned out to be rent. It might sound stupid but I'm kind of happy that this 2 rents happen as I can prove myself I'm not same guy from the past(I know it's still to early but belive me I was really bad with losing trades....). Where right now probably I'd be in 5 revenge trades already 🙂.

Trade 7 : S1 Ds-1 Total 7/7

I guess this will be last trade for today. Market calmed down got to a settle point. Provide me S1. I was a bit ressistant to take it.Because m5 at this time was in possible W4. But my business plan has got all written down. Those criteria were met so have to follow it to a T. So far I've done 7 trades but actually I feel better and better with every trade not that I don’t have these emotions (as we talked with Immy yesterday- they always be there) but I got that inner feeling I can finally deal with them in proper manner. That’s it for now.

Emotions are there always but after getting used to get enough winners and losers, the emotions won't interfere trading the plan. Goal is to trade the plan and be consistent. Keep it going!

Hey Michal

I loved reading this post. Its a post made by a TRADER ... well done mate... always pleasure having the banter with you .. .what would we do without you... boring all skype ... lOL ... TOMI joined us in skype ... i'm happy about that... lets make some progress this year... lets do same thing over and over. Remember having done 1000's of trades i STILL need T20 training... i still lose discipline from time to time... so its a life long game... its not that suddenly you'll turn into a robot... nope... this is the whole fun of this game...

have a great weekend.

Edit: 16:42 After talking to Immy on skype.I've made an rookie mistake. So today's session is a failure but at the same time another lesson learned. Thx Immy
It will be a bit long post I have to warn You in advance.... same stuff just my personal thoughts on each trade.

Trade 8 : Ds-1 Total DS : 8/8
After a weekend I couldn't dream of the better beginning of the session. I waited till LO and few minutes after I got S1. I hit trade button and 3 minutes later was already sitting on 2R. Really happy with this trade 🙂 Not really much was going through my head. Simply quickly in quickly out.

Trade 9 : Ds-1 Total DS: 9/9
After strong move down and new peak of new W3 Cherry appeared. Without any hold backs I put the trade on and was really close from being 4R for this morning session. But now the most important part for me and my growth: I MAINTAINED MY DISCIPLINE. So far everything is going well. I hope to keep this performance because then I believe I will become really good trader with proffesional approach( something I've been dreaming for long now).

Trade 10: Ds-0 Total DS: 9/10
Discipline 0 because: I traded when US market was closed
It's all started with tiny small SEED.... At the time of this setup I saw impulse down then price stopped at that level and printed SEED. I put the trade on since my rules were met. Now there is two questions came to my mind after action was done:

1) Did I follow my trading plan? - YES

2) Was it really good place to enter- NO

I think it would be a bit smarter to wait for proper impulse pull back and then signal. I can tell you know at time of each trade situation look so different compared to – after. I paid rent but still followed my rules for entry.

Trade 11: Ds-0 Total DS: 9/11
Discipline 0 because: I traded when US market was closed
I'd say its kind of same situation as before. Both of these setups Trade 11 and 10 – are J setups. I've noticed small pull back there (abc) and then SEED. Was a bit more confident about this setup but result is exactly same- rent. Two of these trade have got something in common- M5.... In my rules I didn’t write nothing about m5 alligator. Simply put in word there is no trend on M5 price was in range which already should tell me not to look nothing on m1. Wait for trend to be confirmed (alli open) then try to Hunt. Again I followed my rules but for sure something will be added to my entry criteria regarding M5 after first batch T20.

Trade 12: Ds-0 Total DS: 9/12
Discipline 0 because: I traded when US market was closed
This was a Cherry entry. Price has broken 4 Aims level to the left went back to test previous ressistance level and ended with Cherry. Didn’t work out but I followed my rules again.
t12.png
Trade 13: Ds-0 Total DS: 9/13
Discipline 0 because: I traded when US market was closed.
Clear breakout in direction of m5(new w3 there). Waited for retrace and entry signal. Entered on this tiny seed but price didn’t move any further up and quickly I was stopped out. In my opinion nothing wrong with this trade.

In the time of writing post:
That was a bit busy session for me. Someone might have asked why i didnt stop trading after first trade in the morning which was a winner for 2R.
- I trade for discipline score now, not for money even though i still want to make money i will trade when setup is there and rules are met
- If i quit the session after first trade because i'm afraid to loose profit that means to me I dont really believe in this exercise im currently doing also i dont believe i probability where we got 50/50 for every edge there. So a the same time all this could be a winner.
I wont lie there are few emotions we all get after couple loosing trades but they are taken over by my goal. On the other hand for me I just proved myself I can control myself even when hitting RENTS :)
Thank You All for reading!

HEre are my thoughts

Unread post by immy »

my thoughts apart from the stuff discussed in skype.

Copy pasting some stuff

1.

2) Was it really good place to enter- NO

Don'\t do this analysis.

Simply take Trades based on Entry Method. Those questions are best left to STage 3.

Your job now is to train for discipline. without caring about profit. the reason you've done all this extra trades is that you don't have a well defined plan to follow. you just started with a thought.

You should trade between 8am to 10am then from 1pm to 3pm. any trade outside of these hrs, within stage 1-2 will be DS0. straight away.

Any trade with wrong lot size, will be DS0.

Any trade where you exit manually, trail candle or use other analysis will be DS0.

the only things in your power are ... See a setup, VALIDATE it, take it, manage it by following the simplest of TM Plan. Entry with SL of 1R, move SL to BE at plus 1R and let it either hit SL, or TP.
